10Bet seem to be the latest bookie to think they can fcuk about with PL members, but they got that wrong, because now they're going to get serious heat.

The member involved is none other than Rafalek, our polish non league expert. Granted he hasn't posted for a while, but I feel it is only right PL helps him.

The following is translated from Polish to English, thanks to Marek.

I believe this to be completely true and despite emailing everyone at 10Bet, including Shalom McKenzie, the CEO, I have had no response whatsoever.

What happens now?

We show them the power of PL and demand Rafalek gets his money back.

On 28 October there were many strange transactions on my 10bet account.
I have placed 38 combo bets on English FATtrophy matches on 9/10/2007
10Bet waited until 28/10/2007 and settled this wagers after very long 19 days delay. It was my selections:

I have used 38 different combo bets to put my wagers. Two of my bets have been settled as a cancelled bets but in my opinion this bets should be settled as a won bets :

Because of why reason 10bet waited for a long time ???? I.don’t know…


The same day (28/10/2007) which 10bet settled my wagers someone placed 3 livebets using my account. All lost ..

In my opinion somebody from 10bet workers team have put this wagers from
my account.. Yes I know It's the serious accusation but I have checked
this three livebetting wagers and all of them have been placed on total
number of goals describe as "under" 1 minute after one of the team
scored a goal. So all of the wagers have been settled
as a lost bets.

I have never placed a livebetting wagers on livebetting console for high stakes (1300, 1500 2000 EUR) in my account history.....
I have got a low-limit account......


I haven’t logged in to my account between 14.52 and 17.56 on Sunday 28 October 2007. In my opinion It was an independent login made by someone of 10bet workers.

Time of this 3 livebetting wagers is link up with paid my winnings on combo bets by 10bet after 19 days delay.

It isn't possible to place a livebet on "under" instant after one of the team scored.
It’s only possible If someone have access to bookmakers’s livebetting software.
In this situation someone placed three livebets in a row on high stakes using low-limits account .

10bet stolen me 4083 EUR on livebetting and something about 2k EUR on combo bets (I haven’t calculated because estimate 38 combo bets manually is very extended).So the total amount I have lost fluctuate about 6k EUR….

thank you so much ive came accross this, they screwed me on inter v siena! i placed the bet on the game between inter & siena over the weekend, the score was tied at 2-2, i placed the bet in play and they have a 30 second processing delay.

Now, it was being processed and inter were on the attack, the penalty was awarded.... the odds were locked, a red lock appeared above the odds, the flashing top left corner said in BIG RED BOLD WRITING - DECLINED! meaning not accepted! i was pretty upset! its taken that long and cost me.... well not to worry, he missed the penalty! so i thought hmmm, shall i go again? no, maybe not, decided to give that game a miss as the inter boys heads seemed to drop! i logged back into my account and the balance was £110, i clicked on "in running" clicked on the match between napoli and ac milan.... and watched a few odds, never bet on anything, the game finished 2-2, phew was i relieved, but hold on...WHAT? MY MONEYS GONE!!!!! SEVERAL MINUTES after the penalty was missed and they declined the bet, they decided upon themselves to accept it from before! i mean WTF??!!! HERE IS THE DETAILS:

now! i want to know who on earth they think they are! this matches 2nd half resumed at 3pm, it was 32 minutes gone when the penalty was awarded and they declined my bet! the match would have been well into the high 80mins of the game, they remove all markets on the 85th min mark and they were providing such poor odds with a few minutes remaining? NOTHING, NOTHINGGG MAKES SENSE! look at the time they accepted the bet!!! they are telling the match hit FULL TIME AT 4PM? ARE THEY WINDING ME UP!! THERE WAS 4 MINUTES ADDED TIME! by the way time for acceptance on live betting should be between 5-10 seconds,30 seconds is a unfair advantage of the bookmaker.and everyone should be aware of that.different bookmakers even take more than 30 sec before to take a live bet...

they take a bet "request",
see if it's safe to accept,

if not they suspend the market and the bet becomes "declined",
declines as in "can't place the bet right now as market is suspended",
WHICH DOES NOT MEAN "REFUSED" OR "CANCELLED" but rather "LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS",
it just means declined at that time,

as soon as the market re-opened AND as soon as it is safe to accept the bet, for them, they do,
and if it's not safe they go from "declined" to refused.


at least thats what it look like,
