Today’s Horse Racing Accumulator Tips

14:00 Hamilton

This look an ideal opportunity for the Charlie Johnstone two year old Swordplay who was runner up over this track on his racecourse debut at the end of last month to a breeze up purchase of Philip Makin’s. The selection was strong at the finish of that 5F race and will appreciate stepping up to today’s trip of 6F under Joe Fanning.

16:10 Hamilton

Comes here chasing a hat trick of wins following success’s at Newcastle for Brian Ellison last October and for his latest trainer Keith Dagleish at Musselburgh last month. He was very well supported that day and ran out a very easy 11L winner for which he’s been shunted up 11lb. That may not be enough and this son of Galileo can follow up for the in form Dagleish team who have won with 5 of their last 17 runners.

14:30 Hamilton

George Boughey brings just the one on the long journey from Newmarket to Scotland and his U S Navy Flag gelding can pay for the diesel by winning this five runner novice stakes contest. The three year old made his debut at Windsor ten days ago when having been backed at big odds ran on well towards the end of the race to finish third to the winner Nine Tenths and his stable companion Pastiche. That was a promising first start and with improvement likely can score for Boughey and Jim Crowley who takes the ride.

15:35 Hamilton

William Haggas’s only runner at the Scottish track today is the Shadwell owned Khanjar who will be tighter and fitter for his run at York’s Dante meeting. He wasn’t knocked about in finishing 12th of 21 (beaten 4 1/2L) to Bielsa and a one pound drop puts him on a mark only 2lb higher than when winning at Haydock last September. This looks an ideal race for him and with Jim Crowley up to ride can be backed with plenty of confidence.
