It’s also worth mentioning that some payment methods are excluded so make sure you check the terms and conditions before you make a deposit.

Existing members can take advantage of a range of ongoing promotions. At the time of writing, these include:

- Tennis Masters Tournament: the chance to win tickets to the BNP Parabis Open for players who register for LVBet’s tennis tournament and make a minimum £10 bet.

- ACCA Boost: pays £250 extra winnings on select four-combination bets.

In addition, every member is automatically signed up to earn LV Points. You earn 1 point for every £5 wagered. Once you earn 200 points, you can exchange these for cash rewards. LV points apply both for sports bets and casino games so you earn them no matter what you play.

LVBet Sports Review

LVBet are a fairly new player to the online betting market, entering it in 2016 and operated by Fairload Ltd (it’s their only online casino). Since then, they've built a reputation for offering players a wide range of sports to bet on (fifty at the last count) as well as an online casino for those who enjoy playing slots or live dealer games.

The sports available to bet on range from those you might expect including football, basketball, hockey and tennis, through to those you might not, including canoeing, curling and chess. Players can also bet on non-sporting events such as who will rule the Westeros in Game of Thrones.

The sport in question determines the number of events that are available. For popular sports, however, there are plenty to choose from. A quick look at the LVBet site, for example, shows there are currently over 1,000 football events available, more than 200 basketball games and almost 150 ice hockey matches. Interestingly, they don’t offer horse racing, which might disappoint some players.

Once you’ve decided what you want to bet on, you can drill down. Using football as an example again, this includes selecting games by tournament or country. You can also filter by timeframe, looking for events within a specific 1, 3, 8 or 24 hours as well as choosing to bet on live games.

LVBet Mobile Betting Site & App

LVBet is available on PC, laptop, mobile and tablet and works well on every format, provided that your device has a compatible HTML5 web browser. The look of the mobile site is slightly different when you view it online, although not significantly so, meaning players should have no problem finding their way around if they are placing bets on the go.

There is currently no iOS App available. However, there is an Android App for LVBet. The App offers over 1,000 pre-match and live bets. It has a live match tracker, allowing players to get up to the minute scores and statistics on the events they’re interested in and make informed decisions as to whether they want to place a live bet.

The App, like the website itself, has been designed with players in mind. It is simple and easy to use. At the same time, you don’t lose any of the key features you find on the main, or mobile, websites. The App also features a quick and easy early cash out function, letting players claim any winnings before a game is over.

And, while the main focus of this review is the LVBet Sports side, it’s worth mentioning that those playing with LVBet Casino can seamlessly move from PC to mobile device during a session, something they won’t be able to do on other sites.

LVBet Website User Experience

One of the things that makes LVBet different is that they use their own in-house platform for sports betting rather than one from one of the sector’s other software developers (the option most new casinos choose).

While this could be seen as reinventing the wheel to some degree, with the potential for software issues, in this case it’s worked out well, with the platform receiving praise for industry experts across the board.

The website operates smoothly, regardless as to whether you are playing on a computer or mobile device and is easy to navigate. You first choose whether you want to play casino games or bet on sports as soon as you arrive.

Then, once you’ve headed to the sports betting section, you can choose from the range of popular sports with pre-match live or virtual betting, or select the bet you want to place. Available promotions are prominently displayed so you won’t miss out on bonuses or special offers.

LVBet In Play Betting

It’s very easy to place bets during live games with LVBet. You simply select live betting from the navigation bar at the top of the home screen then scroll down to the games you want to bet on. The games are arranged by sport and then start time.

They sit alongside a grid that shows you your betting options; clicking on these will then pull up a betting slip to the right of the screen. Also worth noting is that for those that don’t want to scroll, you can change the view to see live betting options in a grid based on the sports available.
