Well that will be really tough encounter between two equal rivals. Both teams obtained by three points after three games played. Albania defeat Cyprus 3-1 and failed 1-2 against Iceland to record two straight overs in last two home games. On the other hand Slovenia defeat Cyprus 2-1 and failed 2-1 against Norway to record three overs out of last four games if I count that 4-3 home win against Romania in friendly game. These two teams played friendly match past year and Albania lost 1-2 at home but now they are going with higher motivation and I can't see this game being quiet.
