14/1 is hardly a price to get excited about, however with 2 runners-up finishes here in his last 3 attempts, a week's rest under his belt and full of confidence following a strong campaign and his second consecutive Ryder Cup success it would be a brave punter who completely disregards his chances this week. He went out in the final group on Sunday in 2009 only to be steamrollered by Lee Westwood's closing 66, then despite shooting 62 twice a year later he still finished 2nd as a results of poor rounds on Thursday and Saturday. He's playing well - he hasn't missed a cut all season, he won in Spain and secured 2 more runners-up finishes in July, and could take most of this field apart if he putts even averagely well
