Reasoning

Quarterfinals at the ATP Washington where american Mardy Fish will take on belgian Xavier Malisse. None of the two have had an impressive year so far but both are experienced enough and like hardcourt more then any other surfaces to have a great, competitive match today, and that`s why I don`t agree with Melisse being the underdog. Here are a few things that I like to say and motivate why Fish isn`t that big of a favorite. He is only 15-11 overall, just 10-6 on hardcourt, he won 2 times and lost 2 times in his last 4, so not that impressive form. So my pick will go on the belgian who despite the fact he had some dumb losses on this surface this season, he remains a threat anytime.
