Reasoning

Eels may have sacked their coach but they are still a pretty poor side and though they will compete, they have not been able to put up a consistent performance all year. The Storm may have lost a few games but they still have a very good side that can outmuscle them in the forwards while the work of Smith around the ruck can take advantage of some poor defence. The Eels are also suspect under the high ball and like the Storm to rain down the bombs on them. Melbourne, despite not playing well in recent weeks, should have too much class for them here as they get their season back on track
