Megatron is a deserved favourite, but he&#38;#39;s on the cover of Madden. Mike Wallace is above Jones in the betting which frankly is laughable. Wes Welker? Not with Brandon Lloyd on the team. Rodgers shares it around too much, with Jennings, Nelson and Finley all demanding looks and Cobb a sleeper factor. Great value IMO, I expect Jones to beast it this year and have him as 2nd favourite behind Megatron.&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/p&#62;

Brisbane dropped off last week when Hannant and Civoniceva went off as they had poor prop rotation options, but McGuire is a machine and improves the prop rotation markedly. Still, Brisbane wont thrash Manly or anything, so take the 1-12 for extra value.&#60;/p&#62;

	Bethpage is a US Open course and it&#38;#39;s for this reason alone that I&#38;#39;m going with Chappell this week. Last year he was T3 in a weather affected US Open, but he confirmed his fit for US Open tracks with a T10 this year in much tougher conditions. I think he&#38;#39;s gone under the radar much more than fellow young players like Tringale and Stallings and like him as a sneaky play this week on a course that should suit.&#60;/p&#62;

Nothing about him stands out but he grades out well in a number of interesting areas this week. He didn&#38;#39;t play the Open last week which I think is a benefit, and he also finished T5 the last time this event was held at Hamilton G&#38;amp;CC. During that event he was under par in all 4 of his rounds and his best score for the week was shot on the Sunday. Once more, this is a Par 70 course, and Sabbatini&#38;#39;s last 3 wins have all been on Par 70&#38;#39;s. He&#38;#39;s quite short off the tee compared to most players and so the reduced Par 5&#38;#39;s I feel give him a relative advantage, and with this course only playing about 7000 yards this week, it&#38;#39;s another aspect of the tournament where Sabbatini grades out favourably. Was 2nd 6 weeks back and after a mediocre start to the season his 3 Top 20&#38;#39;s in 5 events seems to suggest he&#38;#39;s trending in the right direction.&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/p&#62;

His SGP metric isn&#38;#39;t very strong this year, but it&#38;#39;s been tremendous the past couple of years, and with those 3 Top 5 finishes, he&#38;#39;s clearly not going too badly anyway. He also didn&#38;#39;t play in the Open and should be well rested having not played since a solo 3rd 3 weeks ago at the Greenbrier.&#60;/span&#62;&#60;/p&#62;

	Hamilton has been the fastest for the majority of the weekend and looks to have an edge over the other teams. Usually this wont secure fastest lap as drivers on fresh tyres at the end can often claim fastest lap, but with rain predicted towards the end of the race then this might not eventuate. If the fastest lap time comes from the first half of the race then I think there&#38;#39;s an excellent chance it will be Hamilton as he should have clean air and the faster car.&#60;/p&#62;

	For mine Cav is far too short, a combination of recent successes by British cycling, the fact that most bookies are british and the games are in Britain. As such a rider like Boonen has attractive odds in a race that could suit. Box Hill could trouble Cavendish but with 40km of flat afterwards it&#38;#39;s going to need a strong classics riders to be able to win from a break and Boonen is most certainly this. His strong sprint finish also serves him well.&#60;/p&#62;
