Man Utd vs Galatasaray Betting: Both teams look better going forward than defending which should see both score
Manchester United failed to make it out of the group stages of the Champions League last season and they will be aiming to do a lot better than that this season. The begin that quest at home to Galatasaray on Wednesday night in a match which might just be trickier than it looks on paper. Galatasaray come into this match off the back of a good start to their Turkish league season. They sit top of the table after four matches so will go to Old Trafford full of confidence. English football fans will recognise the former Bolton Wanderers striker Johan Elmander who will lead the line for the Turks in this match while former Liverpool duo Albert Riera and Milan Baros and ex-Arsenal player Emmanuel Eboue all play for Galatasaray too.
I think there will be goals in this match. The only clean sheets Man Utd kept in the tournament last year were against Otelul Galati who lost every match they played. United have got no better defensively since then but they have strengthened their attacking options enough to suggest they will get a goal. Galatasaray have a few players capable of scoring goals so the even money on both teams to score could look a little big.
