Having read the above results it looks like the boyz did well - well done Mick on the 2nd place - the skewed nature of the points made that exceedingly valuable - I can now go off to the playboy party (few drinks on Everest first ) with a happy aura. Tomorrow they say is gonna top 110 - definitely a day for staying inside - may well sign up for the $60 NLHE at the Imperial palace. I'm going for the record - been here almost 24 hours and haven't played anything, mind you I spent some money shopping. Will put Sundays team in tomorrow - with me in it and gaf "resting" as per his wishes ....

Think anything other than an absolute disaster on Sunday should get us through to the semi-finals.

Hi guys,
I've put the team in - so next Sunday for next leg. As predicted I dropped gaf .... will hopefully play him in the first leg of the semi-finals. I can't see many ways of us not reaching semi-finals - even (heaven forbid) were we to get nil points then we'd still stand a great chance of being in top 25. That said, play well and aim to get into the points - not only because by getting into the points we get team points but also because by getting into the points we deny points to others who might be a risk to us. I suspect there will be several teams on very low points who will be playing tight - very aggressive poker - let them kill each other would be my suggestion. Back to the grind here in Vegas .... my first game ain't till tomorrow but I'm watching how they start up today.
