To eSport-Poker UK Heads-Up Players

It has come to our attention that in match-day 13 there were some logging in problems on Pokerroom and many of you were unable to play your heads-up matches. Points were awarded by Pokerroom as usual so from our end it seemed that the match-day had been played as normal. We now realise that this was not the case. We suggest that you contact your opponent using the eSport-poker.com website messaging service and arrange a private heads up game for $1 which is the lowest stake available and take a screenshot of the result and we will add it to the official results.

Because the points that were awarded were in error, you should arrange your private Heads-Up match before the 20th June. If you do not rearrange the game then the results currently published on our website will stand.

In the interest of fair play we ask that all players accept the heads up challenge of their opponents. We wish you all the best!

No mention of game 8 which was the big shambles...oh and I don't have $1 in the account and I am reluctant to fund the account when everything seems so disorganised.

One question for eSport...
Why use passwords when it would be far, far easier to simply pre-register the players for each game...it just doesn't make sense. ???

Yes it was an email (which they sent again half an hour later!).
I was awarded the 3 points so I'll just wait and see if my opponent contacts me on the esport site.

They sent it again because I told live support I didn't get it - still haven't got it once

The only problem on match day 13 was that i was late in from work and had been blinded down and when i eventually turned up slick mick finished me off. So no replay needed for our game.

As you say though Dodger it was week 8 where the real problems were as i couldn't get logged on to even register never mind play the game.

Yesterday they said they were replaying some of the games from week 8, but this would be done as a normal matchday - no idea why they come up with different solutions for the same problems

REEESHAH when are those finishing in 20th to 9th going to get paid? I see no reason why they should not get something immediately?

We're still waiting to replay some matches from matchday 13 - which have to be organised ourselves. But it's OK to ignore all messages from the other person and from eSport and steal the win

.

But lucky if you had the same problems during matchday 8 as eSport will sort it all our for you and arrange matches at a new totally random time
