Trying to work out where we stand.

If they amend the points for week 8 to reflect at the very least 1st, 2nd, 3rd positions of the active players on the frozen table, Bikeradar pick up 30 points for overall 1st, and RoyalFlush drop 6 to 2nd, Red Aces drop 6 to 3rd and CVG drop at least 6 to at best 8th (I've not looked at all the teams). This is what GaF worked out weeeeeeks ago. So on that basis we would keep our lead.

The problem with week 15 is I don't think we know any of the positions for any of the tables because they were not put up. All we could do is go by any tracking our teams have done themselves. I know Red Aces scored 50 points because we were no longer involved with the frozen table. But we would need to know how others were doing in comparison. I'll have a trawl through some of the threads and see if I can work anything out.

In the meantime, this is the current final table.

This is the Royal Flush take on Week 15....

They have CVG in top 3, which makes thinks start to look interesting

Quote:
Depends on how they treat the frozen game. They
have 4 options to choose from.
A) Cancel the frozen game
B) Final Position based on chip counts
c) Split the points for the last 5 (19pts each)
D) Award the remaining 5 players 30pts each (not likely i wuuda thought but who knows)

4th to 7th is unaffected by the choice apart from D) which may give a no-show or 2 enough pts to affect the minor places
4th Aces 5 Tech 6 Games 7 Punters
choice A) 1st US 2nd CVG 3rd Bikers
choice BorD) 1st Bikers 2nd US 3rd CVG
choice C) 1st US 2nd Bikers 3rd CVG

we close the gap on the current 2
by either A)16/6 B/D) 10/6 C)16/12

whatever method they choose CVG should be above Aces.

Bikeradar reckon they won week 15, and had at least a 1st and a 2nd plus the frozen table, likely 1st. So 84 points there.

CVG had 1st, 2nd, 4th, 19th, ?, so at least 68 points.

Techradar, 1st, 5th, 10th, ??, at least 47 points and likely to have grabbed a few more.

PL only scored 43 points, Gamesradar I can't tell, but weren't celebrating in their thread, so likely not to be a high score.

We don't know about Royal Flush, but they have been doing well so could be anything from 2nd place.

50 points should be enough to get us around 5th or 6th place in a regular week, so there's a good chance we scored between 9-11 points for the week, CVG could well have scored 18 or 24.

I'd say best we could hope is a 7 point deficit to CVG for that week, and maybe a 2 point gain in comparison for week 8 so I think CVG may well have scooped the league with us in 2nd.

Let's see how long the official result takes.....

Just a reminder of the prize structure.

I'm not certain how they pay this out but I decided that I would make a deposit tonight so that I had a card registered on the cashier. Whilst I was doing that, I noticed I have a team cashier account to move funds to and from. Don't know if that's because I am manager, but in any case I couldn't see a way to transfer to individuals in the team.

Anyone else not previously deposited?

Royal Flush (I like seeing what they have to say, cos they're completely independant from us and uninfluenced by anything we say here) still have it down as a Red Aces win (by 2 points)

: net swing to Aces of 5pts.

so Aces finish top, but god knows what the brains at esport will come up with.
