Division 7 - Week 8 Table

Poor week this week with only 2 winners. Lots of strange results denting our hopes of promotion, like Watford losing at home to Scunthorpe, Apurs drawing at home to Bolton, East Fife drawing away to Albion, Man City surrendering a 2-0 lead to lose a last minute goal and go down 3-2 to Fulham and Man Utd losing a late goal to Chelski.

Of those that did win, Dodger pulled a cracking treble out of the hat, continuing with his strategy of betting on his favoured Mackems, a late goal there sending him stratospheric and pushing 4th place and potential promotion, from the clutches of relegation. Does he now play safe, or go for broke?

Likewise Jamesdeanbadfingers (me ) got a decent treble up for the first time in weeks and lands a small profit on his £4 stake. He has a similar dilemma (Let me guess - no dilemma - he will go for it! )

One result to come tomorrow, Kev. If Celtic win, he'll be pushing as well.


No change in the Top 3, despite 3 losing bets, Citygent, Welshie & Shrewdie all have it in their hands to go up. At the other end of the table, Westie & Ralphie look gone, barring a monster bet and Ivor is sinking fast and needs help, with Stodin perilously close to danger.

Only 1 no show - Westie. (No idea on the cumulative no shows tho...?)
