It will be hard for Chile to haul themselves back after that 7-0 mauling by Spain especially when they did the same to Honduras just a few days earlier. I rate Morocco as a better technical side than the Chileans and that should give the Chileans a lot of problems as their defence was never tight to begin with. As both teams need the win, they will fight this one out. A draw will favour the Moroccans as they have the better goal difference. Therefore I will back the Moroccans with the 0 ball handicap. I have faith that they are the better team in this match.

My pick today has got to be China to beat Panama.

I think it's high time people started taking China seriously after their surprise wins against Turkey and Ukraine. They have proved to be the surprise package of the tournament and it wouldn't surprise me if they should cause a few more shocks along the way. With that said, I think they should have too much for Panama who have lost both their games against Turkey and Ukraine so far and the Chinese should prove a very worthy shot at 1.50.

Cheers & Good Luck!

10pts China to beat Panama

Sorry for the late late reply.

About Spain scoring more than 3 goals. Not that it is impossible, but they are playing with second string and I dont think Honduras wants to lose too much for the third game straight. I dont want to back Spain with -2 1/2, a little too much.

Xcout - Rashin posts his picks under the name of JZ at Sports-Punter. I hope he doesn't mind me saying that if you sign up there for E-mail alerts for his tips you needn't miss one of his picks again (assuming you get the message in time of course!). Great work Rashin.

Yes, thanks Rashin, I did take the risk and they make the goals, but yes I was thinking it to, buecause using the substitute players.

Also caution is the best on many times, I just lost two bets in midweek becuase not been cautious, close to call games and I give it a try and lost. This was in MLS.

Also Morocco is doing really good!! Nice pick Rashin

DBDF thanks I will suscribe to his picks.

you are not going to believe this minute 86 Spain vs Honduras.... Penalty awarded to Hondures and GK from Spain expelled, Jona field player takes the GK position and stops the penalty. Wow!! What a save... Just read it in as.com.... I was almost in shock I just want these match to end.

The match has ended with a Honduras goal suspended because out of place, and a great save by Jona. I was really in the air with these.

Jona saved a penalty, good on him

Yay Morocco 1-0 Chile FT

Sorry wont be touching on the later matches, but I'll give some analysis.

China would probably beat Panama but it wont be easy. Panama may play with college students but they do play well, especially in defence, but they arent that great in attack, so China can win, but maybe 1-0, 2-0.

Turkey vs Ukraine, I rate Ukraine as the better team, but the Turks are able to suprise, a draw looks the most possible result for me, but well, I rather not touch as both team can win it.

Time to sleep, late on this side of the world, Gd day all.

Argentina vs Germany
Tough match to call, Whoever wins will most probably go through, a draw will favour the Germans, so we can expect Argentina to play an offensive game here. Better not touch this game.

USA vs Egypt
I favour the Americans to win this match, but I think the Pharaohs will make this one hard. If the Americans are lucky enough, they can win this one 2-0. Freddy Adu has not scored yet, so perhaps he might score here.

Italy vs Canada
Looks like a draw game to me, dont think the Italians will lose for the 3rd game straight. Both these teams are defensive based, so a draw looks very likely. Taking the 1/2 handicap on Canada would be good I think.

Colombia vs Syria
Well Colombia is already through, and Syria will need a point to go through or unless Italy draws with Canada. 2 very good technical sides play againts one another, so there might be a lot of goals here, Colombia have kept a clean sheet so far, perhaps Al Haj is the man to break it. Actually I favour the 7.50 odds on Syria, they can win this match, but Colombia will be hard, so probably a draw.

Japan vs Australia
I'm not touching this one, I dont know both teams well enough, though from the 2 matches so far, Japan looks like the better team, but I dont trust both teams anyway, looks like a draw to me.

Holland vs Benin
Well Benin has been suprising so far, drawing with Japan and Australia and they lead first in both matches. 9.00 for a Benin win looks great considering Holland is already confirmed 1st place. Hmmm...it is possible, but chances is very slim.

Brazil vs South Korea
Brazil is definitely the better side here, the Koreans shocked the Nigerians last match with an injury time winner. But the Brazilians will be too technical for the Asians.

Swiss vs Nigeria
Nigeria looked in shambles after the lost to South Korea, so I dont know if the players will still be playing good football or not. Whoever wins will definitely go through as long as Brazil beats Korea. Quite tough to call, so I predict a draw here.

Just my analysis, not picks yet.
Gd Luck

My Picks Tonight

Italy vs Canada to draw
Both are defensive teams and I think this would be a boring match. The Italians know that they are out, even a win here wouldnt put them through unless they trash Canada badly and hopefully be one of the 4 best 3rd placed team. As we saw againts Colombia, Canada was good to keep them quiet for 80 mins but lost to Colombia's brilliance. Anyway I'm hoping this will be a draw.

Benin to beat Holland, cover with a DRAW bet.
Holland are already through in first spot no matter what the results are today. Benin always has that possibility of upsetting any team they play againts. Holland is definitely the better team here no doubt about that. But a Benin upset is not impossible, the chance though is very very slim. Benin took the lead in their last 2 games so I am hoping they can do the same and hold out for the win. I am not overestimating Benin here, but just that I believe they are capable of producing upsets. I will give this a try.

I must have all the luck in the world if I can pull this 2 bets off.
