Before the match the team will travel to Sardinia for a training camp.

The squad in full:

LEE GRANT (DERBY COUNTY)
RHYS EVANS (CHELSEA)
STEPHEN BYWATER (WEST HAM)

GLEN JOHNSON (WEST HAM)
STUART PARNABY (MIDDLESBROUGH)
MICHAEL DAWSON (NOTTINGHAM FOREST)
PETER CLARKE (EVERTON)
RYAN GARRY (ARSENAL)
JLLOYD SAMUEL (ASTON VILLA)
PAUL KONCHESKY (CHARLTON ATHLETIC)

JERMAINE PENNANT (ARSENAL)
JOE COLE (WEST HAM)
DAVID PRUTTON (SOUTHAMPTON)
KEVIN NOLAN (BOLTON)
GARY O'NEILL (PORTSMOUTH)

Home win absolutely! Our U21 national team is thinking only about Finland U21 and they don't hide that fact. They said that in today's newspapers.

How does Serbia U21 rate then? Can anyone confirm whether both teams will be making major changes at half time or anything like that?

Surely England U21 looking at that team sheet should walk it?

I don't see nothing special in England U21 national and they are not favourits at all.But some key players from Serbian team will be rested for match against Finland U21,and they should make many changes here. Also they will not take this match too seriously.I placed money on home win.

Well it just me who sees something special in England U21 then. I have obviously overestimated the likes of Glen Johnson, Konchesky, Pennant, Cole, Ambrose, Ameobi, Defoe and Zamora..........

Yeah...they're all sh1te
Only joking. I know absolutely nothing about Serbia's U21's, and a search on the internet did not improve the situation.
Purely on the fact that England's lineup seems semi-decent I have gone for the home win, but lets face it - who gives a fcuk!!

Checking the odds and I think 1/2 for England is a good bet.

David Platt for me is putting out a strong side with several players having quite a bit of premier experience. The forwards look particulary strong.

I think this one is a safe bet.

I'm not saying, they are bad.I watched many games from England,so that means that I watched players like Cole,Defoe,Ameobi,...But I didn't so impressive about their quality. With full concentration Serbian team can stop them without any problems. But they will not risk with injuries, they will not play with best 11 and their mind is totaly out from this match.I believe that England will win this match.
Like I said my money is on home win. With this armosphere I expect only 1 or 2 chances for Serbian team.

England - Serbia 1@1.50
England - Serbia 1(h0:1)@2.50

Half time summary:
England 1 Serbia and Montenegro 0
They don't deserve to be losing. We are awful or this me just being bias cos I'm sweating on a bet.:| Thank god that Nr7 has gone off for them cos he was running riot down the left hand side. Konceski and Zamora are playing awful and Ameobi and Defoe can't stay onside. The only player of any worth on the pitch is Sidwell. I'm not confident but here's hoping.

Koncheski has been the worst player on the pitch then defoe, and to the contrast the div 1 reading player sidwell has played very good.

I didn't said that England U21 is not impressive just because I'm Serb.I was objective. Many players(e.g.Ameobi) only play on strength and that's big problem for this team.
I think that number 7 should be Lazovic. There is rumours about his transfer to Barca.
Anyway my money is on England, low stakes but still...
