				in touch, mistake 1st, jumped right 2nd, lost place after 5th, hampered 7th, rallied approaching 3 out, weakened 2 out, no chance when blundered last

sounds like he ran a cracking race - if he'd have run right probably would've stormed it!

Ritchens/Thornton didn't lay their own horse here did they - looks like he did everything possible not to finish in the top 4!

more eye-catching was Sunday's Fontwell winner Foxmeade Dancer, who was relegated to last place when hampered at the seventh fence and did well to make up enough ground to take fifth at the line. He is likely to remain favourably handicapped even after reassessment and is well worth another chance.

went on P.P. website to listen to the race but missed the start
couldn't understand why he was out of it.
they said he was unlucky but not what had actually happened
i don't think he was pushed too hard near the end so this is one
to watch out for next time.
