| any thoughts on these fixtures - seems to be some good money available in the lower leagues of Scandinavia Below are my early thoughts - Sandefjord look good on form @1.95 and Bryne must stand high hopes against a tame side in Tromsdalen @1.80 1X2 11 Aug 04 19:00 CET Home Draw Away Hødd v Start 3.00 3.80 1.95 Start playing very well all season but Hødd will not be easy so i can only suggest X2 FT 1-5 (if you took the X2 that is!!Mandalskamer. v Hønefoss BK 1.75 3.85 3.60 This i think will be tight and have lost money on this home side before so only including in accumulator - Honefoss used to be a good side i understand but have not had great season this year FT 2-3 lost there way late on here... Pors Grenland v Kongsvinger 2.50 3.65 2.30 Tough call i would go for the draw with advantage to the away side X2 FT 3-0 could not have been more wrong...Raufoss v Sandefjord 3.00 3.80 1.95 This for me is 8/10 confidence on away win - critical teams new appreciated? FT 1-0 this one cost me one large 4fold... Skeid v Haugesund 2.30 3.75 2.45 Fancy the home side on this one, very up and down results, small stake only but they beat Aalesund 4-1 which is now small feat. FT 1-0 Strømsgodset v Aalesund 2.60 3.70 2.20 Aalesund are better side IMO but current home form suggests Strømsgodset are worth the fight - possible draw? Ft 2-4 :rolleyes i was right, Aalesund are the better side?!!? Tromsdalen v Bryne 3.40 3.85 1.80 Home side seem to get thrashed by all and Bryne a pretty good side - odds for away are a little shy but this reflects how bad home side are. FT 1-2 Vard Haugesund v Moss 2.70 3.80 2.10 no idea - both sides poor Vard have consecutive wins and moss consecutive loses but neither side have achieved much and Moss normally the better side, i would say away win but little confidence as it has been some months since Moss picked up away points so X2 my best suggestion. FT 1-4 not X2 needed here - pure 2....an average round of results but if Hackens can hold on profit comes my way.... Form Table 1.( 2) Aalesund 6 5 0 1 13 - 4 15 2.( 3) Sandefjord 6 4 0 2 19 - 7 12 3.( 9) Hødd 6 4 0 2 17 - 9 12 4.( 1) Start 6 3 2 1 13 - 7 11 5.( 5) Strømsgodset 6 3 1 2 7 - 5 10 6.( 4) Bryne 6 2 3 1 8 - 6 9 7.(14) Vard 6 3 0 3 10 - 21 9 8.(11) Hønefoss 6 2 1 3 14 - 9 7 9.( 6) Kongsvinger 6 2 1 3 5 - 8 7 10.(10) Skeid 6 2 1 3 10 - 15 7 11.(12) Haugesund 6 2 1 3 6 - 11 7 12.(13) Raufoss 6 1 3 2 11 - 10 6 13.( 7) Mandalskamer 6 1 2 3 6 - 10 5 14. 15) Pors_Grenland 6 1 2 3 6 - 15 5 15.(16) Tromsdalen 6 1 1 4 8 - 16 4 16.( 8) Moss 6 1 0 5 7 - 11 3 |

| Have looked at some of the matches, the most interesting was Start at Hodd. I see Start are not very happy to go there, and all the players metntion that it is the ground where they normally lose, and will try to overcome the tradition. But they are pretty cautious. Still, they will start their normal 4-3-3 formation, with Valencia in front, so they will try to score. On the other side, Oysten Vik Myklebust, the Hodd keeper who has recently become the first keeper, will start for the first time in front of his own fans, so it may shake Hodd defence a little. Lots of goals I would suppose. Concerning Sandefjord team news, well, they are over the moon after winning 9-1 last week, and I have not seen any injuries reported. Vard is trying to recover after the aforementioned 1-9, its only Bygnes who showed some good football in Sandefjord (I think personally that letting him leave Haugesund was his previous side biggest mistake). This could be a good single, Moss to win, after 1-9 you dont recover immediately. And note that Aalesunds keeper Deinoff has kept clean sheet for 506 minutes. They are pretty interested in setting the record even higher, so Aalesund may play quite defensive in Dramen today. |

Cheers for all the info Snowman, it is harder to keep Clean sheets when you try and defend IMO! Hope no more goals go in for your U2.5 bet Drunky Duck - that also brings home my draw prediction ![]() | |
