Excelsior - Psv
This is for me a clear away win , only on quality . The differnce is more than huge.PSV miss Simons, Aissati, Da Costa en Van der Leegte. Simons and Da costa are important but against Excelsior the defending midfilder and captain missing won't be a large disadvantage, nether will central defender Da Costa be missed very much because normally 80% of the game is played on the other half.
So i go for AW with Hc1-0 at 1.95 at Expekt

AZ - WillemII
this is my banker for tonight AZ with Hc due to Willem II is still trainerlessand AZ is starting to get rolling the last couple of weeks .Ari ,their new striker starts to feel well (he now comes back after a week vacation in his homecountry. Also Pelles game is getting better so now it looks like AZ is back on track because the new strikers are stepping in the footsteps of Koevermans and Arveladze.Schaars is out for long just as Maartens both are great misses but they signed this week Kiki Musampa and it 's possible that he already gets some minutes.
Willem II Douglas and Valencia. WillemII only got 1 point away for home and couldn't score yet. out of the last 6 games they took 1 point. I can't see themtake anything here except a few goals.

AZ - WillemII hc0-1 1 at exekt at 1.65 for 6/10

Heerenveen v De Graafschap

De Graafschap did well to over come a shocking start when Ajax came to town and thumped them 8-1 at home. Following that they went on a ru of one loss in 7 but of late have found it tough to win with just the one win coming in their last 6 games. One goal in three games shows that they're finding it tough to find the net and it looks like they'll need to score a couple here to salvage anything outof the game. Heerenveen have returned to the kind of form that they're capable of right now. They're the form team in Holland and have reeled off 5 successive wins on the spin. They beat champions PSV at home 2-1 and followed that fine effort with a good away win at Arnhem. They like to score goals and thats what they're doing right now and I can see them winning this by 2 clear goals.

AZ v Willem II

AZ have had a very ordinary season so far compared to their efforts in recent seasons but signs are they're slowly starting to turn the corner right now. They followed up 2 successive wins with a battling 1-1 draw away to PSV last time out. This looks like a great chance to make it 3 wins from 4 and to get their season back on track. Willem II are struggling as they always tend to do in the Eredivisie. So far they've just the one win to their name and that was back in September when they accounted for Roda at home. They'll do well to get anything out of this game for me. Form is with the home side as is recent results between the two, AZ have won the last 6 home and away and all by 2 goals or more. It should be a similar case here tonight for me in Alkmaar despite having lost their firepower in recent seasons.

Mind that Heerenveen is without key striker and most influential player Alves, with or without him is a major difference for home squad. F.e. they've had only one win out of six when he wasn't playing.
Still I believe in home win although De Graafschap can be a black cat to bigger teams, but not to be taken with big stakes.

Excelsior v PSV

PSV have gone slightly off the boil of late picking up just 1 point from 2 games and will have the sights set on winning 3 crucial points here tonight. A draw at home to AZ was off the back of a loss at Heerenveen so its vital they win tonight to get back on track. Excelsior have done well to overcome 5 defeats in a row at the start of the season and have now lost just the one of their last six games, away to Feyenoord. Even so, this is a huge step up in class for them and if PSV harbour serious hopes of regaining their crown then they need to win games like this. Last season they stumbled to a 0-0 draw here but the other 3 games both here in Rotterdam and Eindhoven have yielded 13 goals for PSV with 0 conceded. PSV have a strong side to choose from and Lazovic will play following Serbia's failure to qualify for Euro 2008.

Heracles v VVV

Heracles are struggling badly right now and this is a huge game for both sides as both are likely to feature in the battle to avoid relegation come the end of the season. VVV should see this as an excellent chance to make it 3 wins in a row following wins against fellow strugglers Sparta and Willem II. Heracles never took advantage of a fine win at home over AZ and that remains their only win of the campaign so far. A 9-0 loss at Heerenveen followed that and 2 successive 3-0 defeats to NEC and FC Twente suggests they're struggling to score let alone keep the ball out of their own net. Recent H2H form suggests the home side with 5 wins from 5 but recent league form suggests otherwise and thats where I am going here and at a nice price to boot.

Even so, I still expect an inform Heerenveen side to prosper and especially at home where they're very strong and tough to beat in recent seasons.

Yep, shocked that Heerenveen lost at home to De Graafschap but credit to them they're doing well this season.

Thanks DaveMP for the great info's, Heerenven sure spoilt the party but they were down to 10 men and a goal down which made it more difficult to come back. As said they had played above all expectations when the league began.
Cheers Dave

Nastro, I really like the look of Feyenoord this season. Will look into it a bit more in the next few hours to see if I can find any reason not to back them.

After 2 wright picks on saterday, i find it difficult to find something in the dutch competioon to back and play at minimum6/10.
Offcourse you have Ajax at home againsy Vitesse, altough Ajax starts playing better football after the leaving of Ten Cate. A.koster let themplay more like they were used to before Ten Cte arrived 2 seasons ago, they create lots of chances since he is in charge. So i will probably put them in a combo with small stake
Ajax - Vitesse Hc0-1 1 at 1.6 (unibet) 2/10

The other topteam Feyenoord is playing in Euroborg against Groningen.

Groningen isn't playing as great as they did last year, but they are still difficult to beat by topteams . Groningen will miss surely P.Mathys and M.Kolder also the second goallie.Meerdinck and Hiariej are a doubt, but i think they will be prepared.Groningen is just as last year not playing good in november (last 1 point out of 4,with heavy defeats like 7-1 at Twente ,2-5to Den Haag and 0-3 to FC Utrecht),now they lost 2 times 5-1 at NEC and RodaJC ,played 0-0 at home against Vitesse.

Feyenoord on the other hand made a whole make over since last year and are back were they belong at the top of the league.
But they miss lots of players today ,long-time injuries Vincken and Hofsand recent injuries by C.S.Lee(ill) and Bruins(hamstring) and suspended M.Mols .4 of them are attackers so their is just R.Makaay (everbody knows on a good day ,he's an attack on his own) and A.Slory (youngster who just started in the first game) and is just back after an injury but will be in the starting line - up.
this all makes it for me a no bet game
