Must be something wrong with the Empoli odds, 1,48 doesn't look right vs one of the best teams last season.........

Bit early I think.

Agree that Empoli odds are bad...but still I cant see it more than 1.55.

Parma could be best pick, but also it is not smart to risk at such low odds. Maybe -1 Asian is better.

We will see...at glance, it is hard round to pick.

Hope these odds in Rimini stay as they are, backing Albinoleffe somehow on AH looks good to me. After two good seasons people still tend to underestimate them...
P.S. Sorry , in EMPOLI, not Rimini.

Empoli odds are around 1.90.

They played bad game on Monday, ref saved their asses.

Still hard to see value in AlbinoLeffe at +0,5

Right, 1,90 is more like it and it is almost fair. I still think Albi should be taken seriously, even vs teams like Empoli. A selection to fear and ambitions for Serie A doesn;t work often vs guys like Albi. Mantova been a good example - top selection year after year, and the best they managed was a play off vs Torino a couple of years ago. Empoli didn;t convince 2 rounds, team will be eager to compensate both confidence and points, but I think they are not having an easy task this weekend. No bet for me.

I tend to take Livorno at level ball vs Piacenza tommorow night. Some could copy preview from www.freebetting.net.

Livorno to beat Piacenza at level ball - BET365 1.65

An interesting duel will take place at Garrili stadium in Piacenza. After losing in Grosseto home side are faced with the unpleasant fact that they are hosting one of the best teams in the league, recent first-league team Livorno. Amaranti drew 1:1 at home with Mantova but they didn’t disappoint. With four points from two opening matches, coach Acori can be satisfied. Based on the opening matches of other teams, we can already say that Toscana side will be the candidates for Serie A express return. As for Piacenza, they are in for a calm season in the midtable; the only thing they need to do is win direct rivals at home. Coach Pioli knows that they have neither money nor ambitions for higher goals; anyway Piacenza will, as usually, be dangerous at home.

Emiliani had a bad time in Grosseto

We saw same problems as last year. The team was slow, clueless, strikers seemed cut off. In the game against his former club Pioli changed the formation several times during the match but even the play with three forwards didn’t brought progress. Piacenza had one shot at the target, keeper Cassano was insecure. This keeper is under constant criticism of the fans; he can produce impossible saves but he often concedes naively. Anyway, Pioli has no better solutions, Piacenza ‘s destiny is to sell their best players; this summer Kaharja left the club together with Nef who moved to Udinese. Piacenza is a good place for introducing young players but they are turning into a football province. Golden age from the beginning of the 21st century when they played in Serie A is slowly becoming ancient history.

Livorno started with a win in Avellino

Toscana side took points in Campagna, showed that keeping Tavano was a wise move, since his three strikes are a sign of a good season. Also against Mantova he assisted the equalizer. Livorno were a better side in the derby; after an hour Diamanti was sent off but they still reached a point. What they need is patience, Serie B has completely different standards; it is perhaps the toughest football league in Europe. Exhausting competition is always uncertain but a sort of a guideline could be Chievo’s case. Livorno kept the nucleus of the team with few signings their roster makes them look like a respectable team. They travel to Piacenza to get points.

Betting Verdict

Livorno are a better team than Piacenza, Diamanti’s absence will definitely be a handicap but Amaranti have the team ready to score on and outside of their pitch. That is very important; Acori showed in Rimini over the last few years that he can adjust to playing away from home. Don’t expect Livorno to defend, they will try to use the lack of power in Piacenza's attack in reaching important points. In the first round Piacenza barely won weak Cittadella, but now they must face a much stronger rival. A home win or a draw are most likely outcomes of this game. That is why Livorno at level ball with 1.65 odds seems a good idea

Yes, sorry, colpa mia.

But it is clear in next sentence that you would took Livorno at level ball.

They are leading at the moment. We will see if they can hold it...

1 - 1 ft

About Rimini, yes, they are better team than Treviso, but still I dont like odds. Sometimes home pitch can be big advantage in second Italian league.

I am afraid of Rimini because they lack ambition...

I am thinking about UNDER in Salernitana vs Frosinone match...some bookies offer 1.8 for it which is out of mind...both teams have problem to score and their defences looked solid in first rounds...

I will post preview tommorow...

Triestina has 4 points on tabell but....
1 extremely lucky at Bari on first day,Bari bombarded Triestina and missed a lot of chances, mostly for heavy pitch,Triestina got the draw thanks to a super goal from a close 30mts freekick.

3 on second day at home with Avellino 3-1 and everybody knows the difficulties Avellino is having for they have done a brand new team with a lot of new playes

Ascoli didn't play well so far too,but they are better then Triestina
players like Soncin and Guberti for Serie B are really too much
for today all the players are available, except Micolucci that is suspended

Triestina has some sqad problems tonight because regulare like Tabbiani,Lima and Eliakwu are out, also long term injuried Granoche out too

I see Ascoli as better team tonight and home team can take three points

Ascoli - Triestina

A good start for both sides; after two rounds Ascoli and Triestina are unbeaten and up on the standings with four points. The ambitions of these sides are also alike; they will probably end up in the midtable since the financial situation won't allow for more. Ascoli stadium, Duca is often a true fortress but Triestina are a tough team that already on the opening against Bari showed that they can use the slightest chance for taking point. On the other hand, home side are tough, they rarely conceded and even the change of coach didn’t see them back out on their standard style. Just like Iaconi, Di Costanzo insists on playing on low margin. Ascoli have gone the opening 180 minutes without conceding.

Bianconeri settled for a point in Acona

It was probably the weakest game so far in the season. Ascoli held on to a point, they didn’t take any chances and home side’s fear of losing was added to it. Derby of Marche region was a real lullaby, few attempts and almost no chances. But, Ascoli won’t be so defensive against Triestina. They beat Vicenza in the opening tough match where returnee Bucchi's strike decided the game. They had luck but also the skill to defend with ten players. The score is what counts, not the play. The rivals are not so naive, although black-white celebrated 3:1 last year. They will have to show high materialization against one of the best defenses in the league.

Triestina easily won Avellino

The difference in the quality was obvious, Irpini are not ready for the season which Triestina skillfully used. Just like against Bari Allegretti proved to be the expert in set-pieces and it is no wonder that the fans gave him standing ovations. Giuliani mostly defended against Bari, but as soon as home side’s pressure reduced they managed to level the score. The important thing we should mention is that Triestina have a lot of experienced players, who have been playing together for a long time now and they never lose their heads, even when the score does not favour them. The fans were not satisfied after the calm transfer campaign and selling the best player Granoche, but even them coach Maran announced a good season. Granoche is back on-loan which thrilled everyone, but popular El Diablo is still injured. Anyway the team works just fine without him.

Betting Verdict

Odds for Ascoli to win are low (1.80) and not worth the risk. You shouldn’t bet against Triestina in these kinds of matches since if home side don't score an early goal they will have a hard time breaking rivals' defense. The match is played on Monday night, we expect a big fight, the little difference between the sides guarantees that home ground will be the judge of the match. The bets thing to do is try betting on small number of goals, both side’s have quality defense; perhaps a single goal will decide the game. Odds are better than expected.
