The cup final always is a big day in German football and especially for the clubs and fans involved. Like last weekend in leage already, Dortmund and Bayern face each other and most people will hope to experience a more exciting and balnaced game. No surprise that Dortmund were horrible at Munich, just like the home defeat to Hannover midweeks. Their play always used to be volatile but also passion is being missed the lat few days. Dortmund lack of proper midfielders mainly that could support the undoubtedly solid attack; defense is the worst of league in the meanwhile. So, threatened Coach Doll had to work on their confidence and even though nothing speaks for them to win it actually, a final always is a special game and the BVB should proove at least the wil for the achieving the surprise, last cup win of them was in 1989. Keeper Ziegler is doubtful and Weidenfeller out so that the third keeper from second team may play from beginning on just like Kuba in midfield. Degen is ruled out.

Bayern reached the final but it was no easy going at all. Burghausen and 1860 only got beaten by penalty and those haven't been the only games against smaller clubs this season in which Bayern struggled to break the defenses. Recent impressions of them were positive ones though if we neglect the Getafe match, Bayern seem in proper shape for the decisive period of this season having won previous three league games. Toni has been scoring like hell and also Schweinsteiger and Podolski got rid off their problems they had most of the time. Bayern experienced many close games together and the (partly lucky) succes should have given them even more confidence they already have. In terms of squad, Altintop is out for sure while Jansen, Sagnol, van Bommel and Klose are doubtful.

Well, we can't expect this game going so easily in favour to Bayern like recent league game. Still, Bayern seem to be in good shape and even if Dortmund can improve as much as it's necessary, Bayern stay favourite of course. The AH (-1) shouldn't be too risky for this one. Even if Bayern get problems, they should nick it closely at the end so that this bet should become a push in worst case. The Over should have solid chances to come in but Dortmund is the unknown factor and besides, the price is not tempting IMO.

I actually like Dortmund here, I think the strain of playing on three fronts might catch up with Bayern.

I´m sure that Bayern will catch the title tonight. But I´m sure that they will not beat Dortmund 5-0 like the league result. Dortmunds Marc Ziegler is back but not 100 percent fit. But he will be start. The same for left defender Rukavina and midfielder Sebastian Kehl. Dortmund striked the most time in cup (14 times), Bayern only 12 times.Bot get only 4 goals against.
I assume that it will be a fight at berlin with the better ending for Bayern Munich. They´ll have their "bayern glück" again (like the Getafe match).
In spite that Dortmund managed the harder way to the final ....

I think that as the final of the cup this might end in a draw because people want to see spectacular games and a little of suspense is needed to attract people/ So i am for draw at 90 minutes but at extra time bayern wins the cup!
