Montpellier (0) AH @ 1.90 Pinnacle 5/10 This is a just a silly price simply brought about because ‘Grenoble need the points more’ I think its fair to say that Montpellier don’t have much to play for anymore but Rolland Courbis will be determined to ensure that his players perform well in front of their own fans. Montpellier have a proud home record this season where they have conceded so few goals. Their defence is rock solid and they often dominate possession of matches and have control of proceedings at Le Stade Mosson. Grenoble aren’t a bad team and are desperately fighting for promotion - but I’m just not convinced with them away from home. They miss key striker Nassim Akrour tonight and that’s a major blow. It’ll be really had for them to score goals anyway and his absence just makes things even worse. Odds o1.90 on a 0AH are simply ridiculous and I’ll snap this price up without doubt. Niort (0) AH @ 2.10 Pinnacle 4/10 I really don’t think Troyes deserve to be favourites here, they are in such poor form. Denis Troch’s men are choking at the wrong stage of the season and aren’t playing anywhere near as well as they are capable of. They have struggled away from home for most of the season anyway IMO and a lot of their road successes were a bit lucky. The pressure is mounting and the players have seriously cracked. Niort need to points in their fight against relegation and this is the sort of match they should relish. A run of 3 recent home success has lifted them just above the relegation zone and they know that another 3 points could be vital. Heavy rain is forcecast and I doubt the pitch will be in very good condition - not good news for Troyes’ passing game. it’s a question of who really wants to roll up their sleeves a bit and Niort are certainly the team most likely to do that IMO. The hosts are a big price on this 0AH and I think they can increase Troyes’ recent misery. Reims -0.25 AH @ 1.87 188bet 5/10 Just 1 more win would pretty much see Reims safe from relegation and I think they’ll get the job done tonight. A couple of recent key home success against Sedan and Chateauroux have been convincing and the players have finally managed to find a little bit of consistency in what has been an inconsistent year!! Traditionally they are very strong at home and I’ll back them again here against Brest who have little to play for anymore. They were outplayed in their last away game and I don’t think the players will be as bothered on their travels compared to when at home. I’d be surprised if Reims lost this match which is why I like the look of a -0.25 AH. I would imagine there is a good chance that a few goals could be scored in this match, I expect both teams to be fairly positive. Reims should come out attacking immediately and look to score a few early goals, I’m confident they will win

Amiens -0.25 AH @ 1.94 188bet 5/10 Again I think there is some good value here and that Amiens have a strong chance of winning. They played in the midweek cup so could be a little bit tired, but I don’t think that’s going to be a major factor here. Confidence will be within the team now that they have reached the semi finals of the competition and have a more than realistic chance of going all the way to Le Stade De France. Amiens still have some ligue concerns to worry about though and remain only 3 points clear of the relegation zone. This is a match they will target winning and I feel they should have too much for Clermont. It must be remembered that the visitors were also in action on Tuesday night, drawing 3-3 at home to Guingamp in what was a spectacular match. So in a physical sense, I don’t think either team will have an advantage. Amiens have won 5 of their last 6 at home and often play well at Le Stade De La Licourne. Clermont have lost 5 of their last 6 away from home. This is a typical ligue 2 match up between a good home team and poor away one - you don’t need me to tell you who normally wins these sort of games!! Le Havre -0.25 AH @ 2.02 Betinternet 4/10 Chateauroux are a team I fear for at the moment and unless they really raise their level a bit, then they have a strong chance of being relegated. They might be unbeaten in 8 home games but this will be a very tough match for them against a Le Havre team who would celebrate promotion with victory. This is it now for the Normans and they are so close to the finishing line, I’m sure the boys will want to get the job done as early as possible. Chateauroux have produced a couple of incredibly poor performances in the last week, losing heavily at both Angers and Reims. They are a different opposition whilst at home, but here they face a quality team and have a serious risk of losing. I really haven’t been very impressed with Le Berrichonne at all recently and I think the pace of Guillaume Hoarau upfront could give them all sorts of problems. Le Havre have been very strong all season long and I’d be surprised to see them suffer defeat here. They can pile more misery on Chateauroux and clinch their promotion. Boulogne -0.25 AH @ 1.89 Pinnacle 4/10 Win this match and Boulogne would go a long way to securing their survival. I’ve got to say I’ve been really surprised by their recent form and their 3 key victories have come at a crucial time. This is the stage of the season where you have to old your nerve, and so far, Boulogne have managed to do that. Just another 3 points here should be enough to ensure that they play ligue 2 football against next season. They were in action on Monday night away in Nantes, losing 0-3 expectedly. This shouldn’t dampen the spirits of the players too much though and they will be aware that this fixture is far more important. Dijon are inside the relegation zone, albeit with a game in hand on most of their rivals at the bottom of the table. The midweek cup defeat could have a negative effect here and I’ve no doubt everybody will look back on the run as a distraction now. Away from home they have been poor all season long and haven’t won for absolutely ages. I quite like Boulogne on this -0.25 AH and I believe they

Sedan straight win @ 2.23 5/10 Over 2.25 goals @ 2.08 4/10 Sedan still have a chance of promotion if you look at things closely. Ok they are currently 1 point behind Grenoble but have 2 games in hand on them. If they win this game tonight and also in Le Havre midweek, that gap would be cut to 5pts. They still have to play Grenoble at home (last game of season) so Sedan are certainly well and truly still in this promotion race. They will be tired after their midweek match in Bordeaux, but will have gained a lot of confidence from this victory. The players know they have to ‘go for it’ here and I think we shall see an attacking match with quite a few goals in it. Bastia were deducted another 2 points in midweek due to another racist incident at their ground earlier in the year. All the fight seems to have gone out of the Corsicans now and they miss quite a few players to injury here. The players should be fresh but I believe Sedan will want it more and the hosts are simply the better team. I think we’re due home wins and goals in this round, this match could deliver on both counts IMO. I’ve got to be aggressive if I want to achieve my targets in ligue 2 now this season, so I’ll be adventurous with some bets.

I DO NOT NOT BELIEVE IT!!! 0-0 Fcuk I'm in a serious hole for this matchday now, all my recent hard work for nothing due to these shocking results this week I'm still gonna bet Angers and over 2.25 on Monday night, high stakes as well to try and get some of my losses back If those bets fail then I really might have to say 'the end of the road' for me in Ligue 2 this season and quit. You cant bet in a ligue which has these freak scores, just a fcuking joke

I'm going with Angers (0) @ 2.23 and Over 2.25 @ 2.08 for the match To make up for what has so far been a disasterous round for me, then I'm staking big on both of these bets. This will be a difficult derby game for Nantes against very motivated opponents. I fell it will be an open encounter - Nantes don't really have any pressure on them and are very close to securing automatic promotion anyway
