It is not that common to see a round go completely against expectations, but it is not that rare, either. It probably happens a couple times a year, and if you wager too high a percentage of your bankroll, especially if you're betting a lot of favorites, you'll get burned eventually. Maybe if you have three good weeks in a row betting on favorites, a good strategy might be to just sit out a round, or scale back bets in week four. I still haven't learned this...when things go well for me, I think, "Now I can raise the amount I wager," when in fact I should be doing the opposite...what goes up must come down. That's why the bookies end up with all the money.

If this was early in the season I wouldn't have even betted on that Sedan match after the Friday results, I'd have probably avoided tonight's game as well. Knowing that I'd have a long way to go until the end of the season and the loss wouldn't worry me too much.

But with so few rounds left I simply cant afford the heavy loss this week if I am to acheive my targets for ligue 2 this season. This is when I'm forced to be aggressive, it's purely tactical.

I mean to have this sort of freak round is complete disaster and very unlucky at this stage of the season. It's done my head in and rather summed up this ligue 2 season for me


A lot of good or reasonable weeks

But the bad weeks have been VERY BAD and have cost a lot of money, not small amounts.

Don't worry meatman, this score doesn't reflect the reality.

It was a really big match with a high rythm. Both teams had many occasions to score, and Angers was near to win this one.

You were right in your preview and tips, once again. Don't worry, the luck will come back soon !

seems a lot of the games this week were the same - a lot of chances, but nobody could score them. The amount of times I've seen the post and bar being hit in matches is incredible

the weather was also pretty poor on Friday night in most places which made for a difficult game. I did hear the forcast for L'ouest wasn't so good Monday either.

But to have SIX 0-0 draws at this stage of the season in one round is quite ridiculous.

Only 6 goals scored in 10 matches

This was just a freak week I think and can thankfully be forgotten now.
