4-4.
I don't bloody believe it!
4-0 at Half Time, what the fcuk were Vitesse thinking about!
As for the Heracles v NEC game, the longer it went on without a home goal I was getting worried and rightly so.

FC Groningen v AZ Alkmaar

Tough match tonight for AZ as during the league season Groningen did very well at home losing just the one game and conceding only 9 goals in all home games. Very impressive indeed, none of the big 4 won there and Ajax and PSV both lost. Both games were draws between the 2 sides with just the 2 goals scored in total. With so mush at stake, a place in the Champions League I expect a cagey game from both sides. Great value for a home win on the exchanges when you taje into fact their home record. Groningen will again be without Glen Salmon and Koen van de Laak where as AZ should be without Rogier Molhoek.

FC Groningen 4/10 @ 3.25 batfair
Under 2.5 goals 5/10 @ 1.9 betfair

Ajax v Feyenoord

Feyenoord proved during the domestic season that theres quite a gap in class between the 2 sides. The signing by Ajax of Klass Jan Huntelaar narrowed that gap as he's prove himself to be a very valuable acquisition with a number of goals. Feyenoord on their day can cut any side in Holland to shreds with the quality they have going forward with Dirk Kuyt, Romeo Castelen and Salomon Kalou. Nicky Hofs is a very good player too creating and on occasions scoring from midfield. Throw in the fact that the can call upon Pierre van Hooijdonk at any time and you can se their strength. Ajax's injury problems have lessened but they still miss 2 good players for me in forward Wesley Sneijder & Zdenek Grygera at the back. Should be an electric atmosphere in the Arena tonight. Feyenoord won here early in the season 2-1 despite the fact that Snoyl (on loan at Aberdeen) got red carded. They completed the league double over them by winning 3-2 at De Kuip

Feyenoord 4/10 @ 3.15 betfair
Draw/Feyenoord 2/10 @ 8.00 betfair

De Graafschap-Venlo:

De Graafschap is very strong at home..Today only missing is Haklander,md but not important..They play 4-3-3 at home and De Groot-De Vischer-Van Beukering play in offence with Ax..They scored 40 goals these players and at home they play very good..

Venlo is very strong team but they have problems..Bas Jacobs(15m),MD Edwin Linssen(30m 2 goal),CD Allach(31m) and Platvoet(20m 7 goal) missing today..Good news Meuwiss will play..

This year:

Venlo-De Graafschap:3-0(but this is in the first half and Venlo highflying)

De Graafschap-Venlo:2-0

I see here clear home win, while De Graafschap is very strong at home..

De Graafschap win...

Zwolle-Willem:

Willem is very good least they beat Utrecht 1-4 away..today they have not important missin only long time Moens and Bobson but not important..They play great with their new Coach.Redan and Dembele very strong strikker and I cant see how can Zwolles poor defence stopped them..
Zwolle in the first round:
Zwolle-Haarlem:1-1
haarlem-Zwolle:1-3

And now Willem is in great form and play very good,I know Zwolle is poor in defence and Willems odds is very good..

Willem win...

(Zwolle missing today,Zuidam(36m 4 Goal) sus,Remco Schol(27m),Bischop(23m)inj..

Schollen, Slot, Van Gessel and Zwaanswijk are not missing, but coach Cees Lok has lost confidence in these guys. They will be replaced by mostly young, eager players. Goalkeeper Schollen (arguably the worst keeper in the league), will be replaced by experienced Van der Zwam, which should be an improvement.

Their biggest worry is the injury of their Brazilian star Leonardo. He will not be able to play. However, with players like Mendes da Silva, Vonlanthen, Diba and Elshot, they should well be able to beat Top Oss who finished 11th in the Gouden Gids Divisie.

No more time for excuses for NAC, they have to win this one.

De Graafschap-VVV

De Graafschap are on the rise. They haven't lost any of their last 11 games (W6 D5 L0) and since De Jonge took charge as coach (november '05) they haven't lost a home tie (W7 D4 L0). De Graafschap also has the best and biggest home crowd in the league and I think they will push the team ahead tonight.

VVV on the other hand have had a very bad spell after the winter break, their away record in 2006 being W1 D1 L5. They want to shake off this period, but I don't believe they are really convinced they can.

De graafschap win

Probable line-up NAC:
Van Zwam; Elshot, Demir, Derijck and Stam; Mendes da Silva, Petö and Diba; Rigters, Sno and Vonlanthen.

I agree Cees Lok is taking a bit of a gamble, but above team looks good enough to me

Any info about Vitesse - Walwijk ? I think odds like 1.8 & 1.9 for home win are good for bet.

The previous match ended 4-4 , Vitesse was leading 4:0 at the HALF TIME.

Feyenoord v Ajax

Feyenoords poor showing in Amsterdam which resulted in a 3-0 loss will come back to haunt them today. As a result they're odds on to be playing in the UEFA Cup next season instead of the Champions League. Poor discipline didn't help their cause with 2 red cards for Romeo Castelen & Andre Bahia which means they won't figure today. Nicky Hofs should return to the side to play alongside Paauwe in midfield and Castelens place will probably go to Boussaboun. Feyenoords fans will demand an improved performance and I'd be shocked if their wasn't. Away goals count double so if they're to stand any chance of winning the tie they must defend better than they did last week. urby Emanuelson had a poor game in the 1st fixture and he'll need to be on this game today. They have a young side out again today and so long as they don't freeze they should go through and with an away goal so crucial they can get that with players like Huntelaar, Rosenberg & Rosales leading the way forward. Sure to be another hotly contested game with a home win but qualification for the visitors for me.

Feyenoord 8/10 @ 2.0 bet365
