Before I am going to hopefully write full previews for 2009/2010 Bundesliga season I will put a fair stack on Bayern München to win the Bundesliga.
My biggest bet ever but I am full of confidence.

Reasoning:

Bayern München is really investing money this season. It is obvious that the club doesnt want to live another season such as the previous one.

New coach Van Gaal is known as a perfect football coach. He has experience and he knows how to deal with young guys.

Transfers:

Olic for free superb!
Gomez for 30 million, quality guy and they really wanted him! Excellent!
Tymoschuk for 11 million will fill the defensive midfield gap perfectly!
Baumjohann very good bench player!
Today announced Pranjic from Herenveen LB or LM scored 15 goals last season..!

And they go on a few more players may come aswell... just juicy piece of team they already got just look at striker/midfield quality..

Toni,Klose,Olic,Gomez...

Ribery,Schweinsteiger,Tymoschuk,Baumjohann,Hamit,( Olic),Tymoschuk,Bommel...

Center backs very good aswell with Demicheles and Lucio, good backup with Breno..

Left back Pranjic? (maybe one more transfer here) and right back Lahm then is also quality..

Goalkeeper position is discussed but Rensing could be okay aswell.. I mean new coach new team new motivation

All in all I cant see any team own Bayern this season really..
They invest so much.. and the aim will be "title" for 100%!

Mybet: 1000€ @1.5 for Bayern to win the league

Im definetly with you on Bayern, By the sounds off the cash they have spent they look set to claim back the Title next season. Im going to lump on Bayern but will I do it now before it drops more or unless the bookies think they will struggle without Ribery when/If he goes this summer and bump it up a bit?

surely be better to wait a few games into the season

if bayern are going to change their squad around as well as a new manager, its more than possible the squad wont gel straight away

just look at tottenham every year they go do the same thing as what bayern are about to do and buy big names that normally cant play well together at the start of each campaign

plus their fixture list could be unkind and they could start with a group of games that they may not do too well in

and if bayern start really well, then if your brave, you should be able to pick out a bet or 2 that is a banker rather than losing your stake for a whole season on a 1/2 shot

The most important positions are not changing and that are the centerbacks.
And I know how impressive Bayern can start even with big new transfers (remember back 2007/2008).

Respect will be high.. especially at the beginning which will make Bayern win some matches even though they may not be as perfectly used to each other as later on in the season.

If I get a better price during the season I may hit some more money on them

Its not sure yet.

Ribery said that he would not like to move to England because they have the same weather as in Germany. If he will transfer then to Real Madrid probably.. Barcelona magazines brougth out an ugly imagine of Frank Ribery (Frankenstein like) so I think it is only Real Madrid where he would go to.

If he moves to Real than its most likely than Bayern gets some of their netherlands players such as Sneijder, Robben which would again add lots of quality to Bayern.

I see this team winning even without Ribery, you know when Ribery where missing guys like Schweinsteiger played a bigger role. This team has the best quality, with or without Ribery that doesnt matter for domestic league (maybe for Championsleague but that does not interest my bet at all).

There are many rumours mate.

Sneijder+Money and Ribery to Barca..
Robben+Sneijder and RIbery to barca..

No one knows what will happen, fact is they will get huge money for Ribery if he leaves and they will reinvest it very clever --> no quality loss for Bundesliga.

If he stays they will get kind of close to top teams

Ribery is the key player to Bayern's midfield. If Bayern can find a way to cope without him should he leave, Bayern would do well under new manager Louis van Gaal.

Today I have a read a comment from Real Madrid.

They say that things work slowly with other candidates (they already transfer Kaka, obviously meaning Ribery/Christiano here) and that the simple looking aspects are very difficult to work on. They may look for alternatives they added..

Its up to Hoeneß really.. they have a better situation compared to Ac Milan who had to sell Kaka because of financial problems (saying that he earns the money of 3 awesome players in one year).

Bayern is financially very healthy and does not need to sell Ribery. He has no special agreements in his contract.. all the power in Bayern hands.

They can say we want 70 million or more, they wont care really.. if Real really wants him they will have to pay a lot of money..

Another problem is that Sneijder wants to stay in Real Madrid (quoting his agent here), so that a change Sneijder+money for Ribery looks quite unrealistic at this moment..

We will have to see, Bayern has lots of keyplayers who sit back when Ribery is playing.. when Ribery was missing they often were able to show their skills (speaking of Sosa, Hamit, Schweinsteiger here..).

Not to forget Pranjic, Olic, Gomez transfers already..

i could be wrong here but not by much, i reckon i could give you a 1/2 shot every what 3 days which would be a banker,

and you want to give your bookie your money so that he can invest it every night for a point per cent return, for 9 months? zico do not put your money on a 1/2 shot for a whole season before you even know anything, trust me

Yeah they should do it.. though their first test match today was ehrmm --->

But I expect them to improve a bit more, especially when Olic, Ribery and Toni will come back.. as well as Schweinsteiger

Season did start with average results and one might have tought Bayern will have big problems this season again by only having a look at the results.

But the fact that Bayern did dominate most matches (ball possession was very high) did quite show that is just a question of time when this team will get its results.

Hamburg is inconsistent, Schalke with Magath is dangerous but can't handle Bayern yet, Stuttgart's situation is not good to start another run in second round of Bundesliga.
Wolfsburg won't win this league, too many players somewhere else with their head and coach Armin Veh could not convince with his appearance so far.
Dortmund developes and improves but also does lack the quality compared to Bayern.
Hoffenheim has potential but has problems with injuries and problems to show consistent form as well.

I do only see Leverkusen as real opponent in this title race at the moment, but again compared to Bayern München they do lack this real winning attitude which was so good to observe in the match against Hannover.

I will have to have another go at 1.8 on Bayern to win the league, team harmonates quite well and with Ribery and Robben there will be even more quality added soon.
Again big on this

I still think this is Bayern Munichs title this year, I'm happy to back them at the moment. They are in form with 4 straight wins and undefeated in 10 in the league and they look like they are starting to find there feet after a shaky start, which is the best things as you want your team to hit form in the business end of the season. Currently only 2 points behind Leverkusen who have started to show a weakness by drawing a lot of games away from home that if they want to be serious title contenders they need to win, only 1 win in last 6 away matches.
