Reasoning	Quite fair odds for the Senators who are IMO a big favs in this match. I know that some fuuny stuff happening in the NHL, but this one should really be a safe bet. Senators in great run which was stopped only by the defeat in Atlanta. But hey, Senators have a great bounce back record...after defeat and one day rest, they are just marvelous 11-4-1-0, so along with the quality difference, hot streak, they have also a chart play on their side. Teams as mentioned in deffernet form, Senators with 8 wins in last 10, and Blackhawks 2 wins in last 10. Both teams pretty solid when it comes to PK, but Ottawa do have an edge at PP with 28% to 10% of Hawks. The only threat to this bet is that Ottawa wont be starting Emery in goal - for him the starter is Gerber, but compared to Khabibulin recent form, no big drawback for the Senators. IMO this one should be over by the end of the 2nd quarter, but one never knows in the NHL.

Reasoning	Dallas dominating the season series vs. lately very poor Shrks as they are 5-1 on the season and 3-0 in 2007. Toskala should be starter for the Sharks, altough he seems to be injured and his latest performances has been awful...okay if Nabokov starts the situation isnt much better as he just lost four in a row. Dallas got maybe the best goalie pairing in the whole league and IMO i dont mind whoever starts tonight, but the probable is Turco, who is 16-4-3 lifetime against the Sharks and 5-2-0 this season with a 1.77 GAA and .918 SV%. Adding this all together i was tempted to go for Dallas ATS, which pays around 3.25, but the regulation win, with odds over evens should do the trick.

Reasoning	Well those two arent scoring a lot lately and the odds on the totals just say that. Carolina great defensively with 100% PK record in last 5 and Trashers also not the scoring machine. Both teams also averaging under 30 shots per game (Car 27 and Atlanta 24). So really cant see them crossing the total goals which is set on 6.5.
