Tavarez allowed four runs in four IP in his only '07 start, a 8-4 loss at Texas 12 days ago.

Minnesota rl
Santana is 2-1, 3.60 in three starts this season. Santana is 6-1 with a 3.00 ERA in 14 career games versus Seattle, including a 5-0 mark with a 2.37 ERA in his last six starts.

Washburn allowed three earned runs and seven hits over six innings in a 5-2 defeat to Texas on Friday, which was his first start in 10 days due to weather postponements. The left-hander is 5-3 with a 3.52 ERA in 11 lifetime starts versus the Twins and 4-1 with a 2.84 ERA in his last five starts against them.

Minnesotta allowed only seven runs in its first four road games while scoring 19 runs.

Rich Hill is 2-0, 0.64 in his first two '07 starts. He allowed just three singles in seven scoreless innings in Saturday's 7-0 home win over Cincinnati. He was coming off an impressive season debut on April 6 in which he gave up only a solo homer in seven innings of a 9-3 win at Milwaukee.

Redman is 0-2, 12.96 in his first two '07 starts.He has given up 12 runs in 8 1-3 innings in his first two starts and lasted just 2 2-3 innings in his last outing on Friday, allowing seven runs in an 11-4 home loss to Florida. Redman is 2-2 with a 2.70 ERA in five career starts against the Cubs

Vazquez is 2-0, 1.50 in his first two '07 starts.

Padilla is 0-3, 7.64 in three starts this season. He has allowed six runs in each of his two road starts this season, including an 8-3 loss at Seattle on Saturday, when he lasted six innings. He has a 1-2 with a 3.86 ERA in four career starts against the White Sox.
