Default MLB: July 3rd picks

Houston - LA Dodgers over 9.5
Backe gave up six runs and nine hits in 5 1-3 innings, but didn't factor in the decision of an 11-10 win over Boston on Saturday. Backe's only start against the Dodgers came on July 10, 2005, when he allowed five runs and eight hits in six innings while not getting the decision in a 6-5 win.

Billingsley is 1-2 with a 4.74 ERA in three starts against the Astros, as he has given up nine runs and 12 hits with 11 strikeouts in 10 innings in those contests, while the Dodgers have managed only one run. That trend against Houston continued on May 10 when he was reached for five runs and six hits in five innings in a 5-0 loss. However, he won his only start at Minute Maid Park on July 23, 2007, throwing a five-hitter in a 10-2 victory.

Arizona -2.5
Webb equaled a season high with eight strikeouts in beating Florida, allowing two runs in six innings of a 6-2 victory. Webb is 2-0 with a 1.93 ERA in his last four starts versus the Brewers, and has never lost in four outings against them in Arizona.

Diamondbacks are 23-9 in Webbs last 32 starts.
Diamondbacks are 23-9 in Webbs last 32 home starts.
Diamondbacks are 5-2 in Webbs last 7 starts vs. Brewers.
Diamondbacks are 4-0 in Webbs last 4 home starts vs. Brewers

D'backs have to heat up the bats...Very good starting pitchers but seems like they're not hitting well lately...BOL with the -2½ , should be a nice payoff if they cover that..

Why post this shit? You think blackcrow is happy his stuff is losing? How come you don't post any of your own stuff up?

Houston - LA Dodgers over 9.5 I thought was going to fly over and pinnacle had this total going
Arizona -2.5 Webb is in a funk (like me) but can't believe the closer gives up 6. I too would be filthy L.4.D.

San Francisco -2.5
Cincinnati -2.5
Got greedy here but opportunity was there for another run to be scored

Thanks for the support lads .

I've got no problem with copping flak as i've been stinking lately but I've an issue with people who are gutless not to post their own picks. Save that stuff for covers etc.

Hopefully things will turn around soon. If you want to fade me, then good for you, but giving criticism and not being in a position to cop it as well, smacks of cowardice.
