Litsch is 1-4 with a 5.27 ERA in his last seven starts overall after going 7-1 to start the season. That poor stretch began when he lost to New York on June 4, yielding four runs over 5 1-3 innings in a 5-1 defeat at Yankee Stadium. Litsch turned in another sub-par outing Sunday when he gave up six runs over 5 1-3 innings of a 7-1 road loss to the Los Angeles Angels.

He was reached for six runs in five innings July 4 in a 6-4 loss to Boston in his last start. Baker is 1-0 with a 3.83 ERA in three starts this season against the Tigers.

Robertson is 1-1 with a 7.02 ERA in three starts this season against the Twins, getting roughed up for six runs and 11 hits over four innings in a 6-4 loss at the Metrodome on July 1.

Johnson allowed one run in 6 1-3 innings of a 3-2 victory over San Diego on Sunday. He had gone 0-6 with a 6.32 ERA in eight starts since his last win May 18 against Detroit. Johnson gave up four runs in six innings of a 6-4 home win over Philadelphia on May 6.
