A pitcher's duel is a term commonly used in baseball when two pitchers face each other and give up very few runs keeping a very close and low scoring game. | Re: MLB 9 May One of thebest bets of the night for me is DETROIT TOTAL TEAM RUNS OVER 5. Sorry its so clsoe to game time but I strongly encourage this bet. Kei Igawa is pitching for the yankees and to be honest I can't see him giving up anything less than 5. Tigers lineup filled with good right handed hitters and this should be easy. Get it Quick. San Francisco Giants will host Philadelphia Phillies at AT&T Park tonight while hosts will try to snap their losing streak but it won't be easy because Phillies will have Hamels on the mound! The Phillies will pin their hopes on the pitching of ace lefthander Cole Hamels in this game. Hamels has a 3-3 record and a 3.10 ERA this season. Starting this game for the Giants will be Patrick Misch. The lefthander has a 9.00 ERA to go along with a 0-0 record this season. San Francisco has lost 4 straight games and they're not very hot at the moment. Phillies are 20-16 while Giants are only 14-21! Let's have a look at trends.. | Re: MLB 9 May Also going to go for another one tonight DODGERS Total team runs OVER 4.5 @1.74. Reasoning again is Dodgers one of the hottest teams and offenses in baseball going up against Brian Moehler who has not started a game in two seasons and has been bad out of the bullpen this year posting a 7.04 era. This play stands out to me as another strong one. Got this one a little further from gametime so hopefully more people will get a chance to take this.
