Prize pool will increase by $10,000 for every 25 additional participants over 150. Winners of prizes are responsible for communicating to WPT Boot Camp which event they would like their buy-in sent to within 30 days prior to event start date. Expenses for packages will be paid 30 days prior to chosen events. Winners may substitute prizes. Example $15,000 prize for a $10,000 and a $5,000. Winners will be sent expense checks and will be responsible for arranging their own transportation and lodging. They must also confirm their buy-in with Casino and communicate back to WPT Boot Camp if there is a discrepancy. You must be 21 years or older to participate. Prizes are not transferable. First Prize in the Season Pass Tournament is for Ten WPT $10,000 buy-ins totaling $100,000. First Prize money can be combined for a larger event. Such as using one and a half buy-ins for a $15,000 buy-in tournament. The total awarded for first prize in the main season pass tournament will not exceed $100,000. All Winners have 3 years to use their prizes. Winners will be responsible for applicable taxes. •Cancellation Policy: If student must cancel and gives more than 45 days notice there will be a $200 cancellation fee. If student must cancel and gives less than 45 days notice but more than 14 days notice there will be a 50% cancellation fee. This is 50% of the purchase price. If student must cancel with less than 14 days notice, the cancellation fee will be the entire purchase price. There will be no refund of any monies. Students may opt to substitute another participant. Student must notify office of any substitution within 4 days prior to start.
