The National Student Poker Championship 2008 will take place in the
Regency Airport Hotel, Swords Road, Dublin 9 on Saturday April 5th.

Players must register by contacting Stephen@pokerireland.ie before 1st
April.
Entry costs €65 + €7 registration fee (€72) and all entries must be
submitted before the above date and paid in full before 12 noon on 4th April 2008.

400 players are expected to attend with a prize-pool of €26,000. This will be the largest student poker tournament to take place in Ireland to date.

Players will receive all kinds of promotional bonuses from Devilfish
Gaming and will be treated to a fantastic, professional poker
tournament courtesy of www.PokerIreland.ie

Players should be aware that no cash entries will be accepted on the day of April 5th. All students that wish to take part should visit
www.pokerireland.ie before April 4th.

if you are studying anything, you are eligable

studying = being a student

doing an ECDL course, NVQ, Diploma, Degree = studying

its going to be full, its limited to just 400 players so if you are thinkin of gettin in, do it soon

Details:This year's National Student Poker Championships and will take place in the Regency Airport Hotel, Dublin. We are delighted to announce that the event is sponsored by Sponsored by Devilfish Gaming. The tournament will be a No Limit Texas Hold'em Freeze-out with a buy-in of €65 + €7 registration. Limited to 400 players the tournament had an estimated prize-pool of €26,000.

Devilfish Gaming plc is floating next week on the stock market and we will be actively promoting the devilfishpoker.com site. They are really going to shake things up in terms of value, service and action that will be offered to poker players. They’ve shown a huge amount of support for student poker here so I hope we fill this event and put together a fantastic tournament. Once the site is up and running they will be offering a number of value added tournaments for NSPC players.
This event will be limited to 400 players and we are asking every student here on http://www.pokerireland.ie to get the word out about this tournament for us now.

You can register now by emailing stephen@pokerireland.ie, fill out a registration form and once you have lodged your buy-in to any Bank of Ireland or Permanent TSB you will be fully registered and ready to go for 5th April 2008.
Fully dealer dealt with the most professional standard in Irish Poker. Standard prize-pool payout structure will be used, i.e. top 10% of players paid, winner receiving approx €7,000 (subject to €26,000 prize-pool).
