With no unlimited free bar, we may struggle to match my award for the most pi$$ed bloke in London from last year's event....but it seems like no PL success last night

I finished 19th, Strider was 15th or 16th and Teazz was 14th I think.

I never really got going although could have been all in first hand with 77 when Rick Dacey of PP reraised me but I decided to fold. When I had folded he then announced that he had had a bet to go all in first hand, and was able to do so with AK.

A bit later I did take his bounty (a t-shirt) with AA and a flop of QTT (2 spades) when he called my all in with KJ (not spades).

Starting chips were 3000 and although 30 minute blinds the increments were a bit savage so I never really felt comfortable - my game is clearly better suited to 10k and 90 minute blinds

Left just after midnight when still 13 left in as had 4 hour plus journey home.

That was you! I was the guy who go all in with KQ and lost to AK twice! (donno why I do that, never do that on the internet poker) and (again) Chris knocked me out 2nd year in a row!!!!

well he didn't really knocked me out.....but he left me with a bb....

when you played the KQ fairly heavily twice I just assumed they had been lucky for you earlier in the evening
