I and many other players I know including most of punterslounge do not like rebuys. I really cannot understand why casinos do them and what they get out of it? I personally think they are very old hat and a game that was developed in casino to suit the cash game players. I assume your casino takes no more rake for the rebuy so all you are doing is encouraging early loose play and elongating the tournament.

A lot of casinos are going more down the freezeout or double chance route now and if I want to stump up £100 for a tourney I would prefer FO to RB especially for 90 mins!!.

The only time I would consider rebuys (in the UK ) is if it was a satellitte to a bigger event and obviously the rebuy donks would be seeding extra seats.

I have yet to play at 235 and wouldn't mind doing so in the near future but if you are constantly going to be advertising RB's I think it may be a long wait unfortunately.

PS do you have a free latte machine?

But a manager thinks another re-buy comp would be better.
