Does anyone have a spare seat for this? If so, I'd be interested in taking it!

Was due to be working next weekend and, other than a few freerolls, didn't try to qualify. Now work's changed and I'm at a loose end. Anyone got a ticket they'd like to sell? I need to get revenge for my cruel departure from the Birmingham event!

It does seem that way after gazza txt'd and said Joe Legge has arranged for me to use alternative ID.

But when I rang DTD they were adamant that I would need photo ID.

The thing is if I get there and they still insist that I need photo ID after what Joe has said then it will be a wasted journey so I going to email dp and regretfully decline the offer of a seat.

Maybe the message just hasn't got through from Joe to DTD? There's going to be about 30 of us there who can vouch for who you are.

Or is it a legal requirement for the casino to get photo ID.

Dont be hasty mate - the email Virgin have sent back (quoting their reply from DTD) seems pretty unequivical - you should have no problems - the person on the phone is just quoting the "company line"....

Email DTD with the quote from them and ask for confirmation - if they give confirmation, print it off and take it with you. Then you have DTD's own words with you!!

If you go to the membership signup page it's states that photo ID is a legal requirement.

Joe told gazza that it is not.

Remember newcastle, where a man was allowed to play after he had been banned from every casino in the country.

I have emailed Ollie giving back the seat so there is a spare if anybody wants it. Unless Ollie gives it to the next person after dp in the game he played.

If technically it's still dp's seat and he wants it to go to someone on PL, then I am seatless, interested and going anyway.

I'd still rather you'd been able to use it though.
