Default Poker Stars - Cash out

After the recent Betfair shambles with their new software I decided to withdraw my poker balance from them and move onto fresh pastures.

I decided after much deliberation I would go with Poker Stars as my new regular site to play on, whilst Betfair sort themselves out.

Now I was very happy with it until it came to cashing some winnings out. At the moment I am only able to cash out up to the original amount I deposited when I opened the account.

The only other way I can get more cash out is by transfering to a Neteller account (which I can't have because I don't have a credit card) or by them sending a cheque.

Also it says that the money will take 3-10 days to reach my account. That seems quite a wide margin, does anyone know what the usual amount of time for it to cash is?

Anyway what my real question is to summarise is, after the first cash out will I be able to withdraw larger amounts than my initial deposit in the future?

You don't need a credit card to have a Neteller account- which is why I use Neteller as I dont have ccs/dcs.

and sorry I can't answer your question.

If this is the case do you want to refer me and make $20?

No mate - you can put cash into a Neteller account from your bank account and withdrawals go back to that account.

Ok so if I was to open an account tonight, (il send you a PM so you can refer me if you want and make some $), would I be able to withdraw from my Poker Stars account and then withdraw to my bank account?

Or would I have to make a deposit first before so they can check my account out?

I don't think that PS have to check out Neteller accounts but I couldn't advise you on whether or not you have to deposit via Neteller to withdraw funds from PS (not won any on there ).

I dont know if this is of any help to you but Ill say it anyway. I never once deposited in Pokerstars but cashed out through Neteller with them and it went through the next day. So I never had to deposit through Neteller to withdraw through Neteller with Pokerstars.

You 100% do not need a CC to use Neteller, thats why I use it.

Just so you're aware, withdrawals from Stars to Neteller are just as quick as deposits, absolutely instant.

Neteller sent me out a Maestro card a few months back that enables me to withdraw money straight out an ATM for a small fee (like $2) which I find very handy indeed.

Which brings me ointo my next point, open your Neteller account in USD . . you'll save yourself a fortune in currency exchange charges.
