I'd consider myself still a beginner as such and I'd like to learn more about the game, strategy stuff like that.

Can anyone recommend any good online resources or books etc which have helped them lots?

Read the stickies on 2plus2 for your preferred discipline, they'll have loads of links to brilliant posts

Cant go wrong with PokerPlayer mag - £5 for 12 issue subscription to your door (through the APAT site)
