Pi**ed off with Poker Player Magazine! - The Punters Lounge

Been waiting patiently for this month's issue so last week I contacted them by email and was told my subscription had ran out. So I renewed subscription straight away but didn't receive an email confirmation and no funds were debited from my bank account. I've now renewed my subscription yet again so hopefully it'll work this time.

I'm a bit pi**ed off though that I didn't receive an email saying my subscription was coming to an end.

The magazine is superb value though cant fault that!

Did you not get any letters ? Think I had 2 in the run up to my subscription ending

Nah nothing mate, I did for Inside Poker though already done a deal on that for 24 months.

Got a letter from Inside poker asking If I wanted to renew, Phoned them up to renew and got a letterback saying my new subsription will start on the 17th of April!
Guess they dont want to lose me.

Either that or they have to plan that long in advance to get them to where you are.
