p****d off with neteller - The Punters Lounge

Phoned my online bank to put funds into new neteller account on Monday.
checked site and found the account wasn't credited.

sent emails to support on monday,tuesday and wednesday.
no emails answered as of now.

tried this morning phoning their toll free number and this wouldn't work.

tried accessing account today and entered password in wrong box.

instead of giving an option to try again they instructed me to ring their toll free number.

what's left?

snail mail?

I get a lot of problems with them too, put it down to the fact that my bank still communicates using carrier pigeon.

They have a "live help" option online (don't know if you need to be logged on

) I've always found that fast, efficient and helpful....

That don't work either.Think they must have all gone off on their summer holidays.
