Well im still a bit peeved at this hand as it was a 28k pot, did nothing wrong as i had top set on flop and turn only to get out drawn on river. Im afraid i cant bring myself to look for it in HH,3 times today i have flopped a set only to be done by an over set. THATS FCKN POKER as they say.

On a brighter note i have recovered most of the damage, only 4k down now after a nightmare session.

Well amazingly after the crazy beats i've had today i am finally level, what a bloody grind. I feel as if i have won huge as i was down 20k at one point.

Just saw the mole at a table and thought I'd have a watch for a few mins - in the event he played one hand and left!!! Mole puts in a raise to $40 (4xBB) and the BB reraises all in for about $800 Mole calls and turns over KK, BB turns over TT Very nice!

Probably had my worse kicking ever this past few days in 3 years of playing cash.

Every set was beaten by a higher set

Every flush was beaten by a higher flush

Every boat was beaten by quads

A horrible horrible run and I will now need to drop down a couple of levels.

Steph when talking to you, you have told me of big single hand losses but I do not think you have ever had a losing streak like a few buy ins, every day, for a few days. If you haven't lucky you if you have what was your strategy to get back to your original bankroll ASAP.

Sorry been laid up with the damn flu.
Helen i put him on the diamond flush draw.

Brian i have had serious losing sessions ( worst being -57k) but i have never lost 3 days in a row. What i did after losing that session was to go back down the levels and get any sort of win to regain confidence. I am very hard on myself when i lose and have learned not to try and repair the damage instantly as you will not be in the right frame of mind

During the Nikolaides hand Mole what did you put him on. I know of players who jam on that kind of board with a pair and a flush draw or fast playing trips .

The money went in PF i was 99% sure he had kk as i know him and more importantly he knows me, so it was really the only hand he would push with.
