He must have thought you were chasing a flush on the turn when the 2nd spade appeared. Or thought you were shoving with 2 high cards too. Still a pretty bad call from him IMHO.

nice win steph.
think the re-raise pre flop was slightly worrying, but i would have called too with 66.his bet post flop cries out high cards to me and im a little suprised you only called(wtf do i know )all in raise on the turn i like very much but his call is crazy and he should have saved $2447.
good to know there are nutters at these levels too, hopefully be able to sample it in the future.

I wouldn't say he's a nutter or the call is that crazy if his high cards are AK/AQ spades and he puts mole on a pair then he's calling for 14 outs. I guess mole knew what he had and hence the all in so he had to pay to outdraw him on the river.

Firstly the re raise PF is a move we all make with any 2 cards so you cant read too much into that (it looks strong but not always the case) couldve pushed on the flop but i know he would have pushed back and asked the question of me, so i wanted to see the turn, as it was a safe card in my eyes that was the time to move. His call if he has 2 big spades isnt ridiculous as he has committed quite a lot to the pot and has several outs. As for him being a nutter he is a massive winner at the high stakes, but some of the moves i make can be looked at as bonkers ( doesnt make me a bad player though) but only when caught out. So long as you get it right more than you get it wrong thats all that matters

That's what I was thinking croc and he's the shorty on the table so his implied odds are not that big.

You really have to watch some of these guys ( or play) to understand. Most hands are won without a showdown and these guys are not afraid to represent anything by putting in the correct bets ( its harder to call than bet) if he misses he losses 260 or tries to outplay me, if he hits he has a chance to stack me and i think thats the theory behind it

Hi mole,

Why did you drop from 25/50 yesterday to 10/20 today? Did you deliberately look out for this guy?

Hi Hodgey. No. this all comes down to mood, i vary where i play just all depends how i feel. As i reset my stats at the beginning of the year i am just trying to get off to a good start by taking it easy.

As i said in another post Don't be greedy win a little often rather than aim for a lot in one session, as this brings its own dangers.

Just watching The Mole today god he got some bad beats,

his QQ hits a Q on the flop only to run into pocket Kings and the guy hits his set on the river Wow it felt bad as I could tell what he had!! And as soon as that King came on the river I was hoping the other lad had AA
