ive been waiting 3 days for there bonus how long should it take to get to me. any one else had problems

A few have taken more than the 48 hours they say .... although it says not to, I resubmitted my claim (on their advice) and got payment pretty quickly afterwards.....

Make sure you claim with your login username, and not your screenname!!

Mine took a bit longer than 48 hours but a quick email to their support guys resoved the issue ....

ended up ringing them it had vanished. thanks guys.did i used to play against u philossify in the old bet fair bonus games, shame they finnished
