Default Heads up Rounders
Anybody tried the HU Rounders on Prima? Don't know if it's new, but I've only
just noticed it.

Seven levels, Level 1 is a $10+1 buy-in and you win $1280 for winning Level 7.
If you win a level, you win tokens for a buy-in to the next level.

Can you use tokens for a lower level, like you can in the STT Rounders? E.g.,
if you win at Level 3, can you use the tokens for two buy-ins to Level 3
(or four buy-ins to Level 2) instead of one buy-in to Level 4?
