Connecting to the pokerfans?

Hi,

Two of my fellow University buddies have decidet to start an all new user-oriented website for pokerplayers wanting to build a bankroll. To get this thing startet they want to give away money in a competition; where the three best of the day will recieve $50/$30/$20 dollars - meaning the best poker tournament placement - if you participate in one of three selected tournament that day.
Oh well; they just started that site now - and they want to connect to the users. They have many years of statistics and financial arbitrage training; but not that much in reaching out over the internet. And this first week, meant that only a single person particpated and therefore automaticly recieved the lots. The next competition had no-one. So now they decided to throw the "no-participants-no-prizes" prizes into the next competition and thereby doubling the prizes.

So do any of you guys now what the best way to reach pokerplayers/fans/rollers is? They asked for my advice; but when i thought about it for while i realiced that although the internet is big and free - its probably hard to reach people because of restrictions on forums and such.

And by the way this is the first time for me posting in this forum; after been in the read-only end for a while - so forgive me if this the wrong place for me to ask

Site looks good, however, you have to sign through the affiliate links, and the three sites on their are already on here, so most people will have already used them and new members with this site are encouraged to use Punters lounge Links

Once you have contacted PL, they may be able to a deal where they advertise the site?

I would remove the link above as could look like spamming
