Can't get on Virgin.... - The Punters Lounge

First time I've tried to get into Virgin since they updated and I can't get in.

I open up.... it dwnloads the required update and then just closes down,
Anyone else has these problems?

Did you validate ?
Failing that uninstall, install again.
Failing that uninstall, delete your cookies and install again.

Underneath logon box there is a validate button

On the login page - before you try and login you need to push the validate button and fill the form in on the virgin website....

Are you on Vista? (and if so have you set it up as administrator - or whatever it is you have to do on vista)

FUMING! - seems to be a good word to sum up how I'm feeling now.

I couldn't get onto the software on my comp (figured it was prob my comp that was the problem).... so I decided to go to Mrs GeordieGaz's to ply tonights PL game.

Well I installed the software and it worked - great!!
So then I had to validate my account, but it wouldn't accept my login details!

So on to live support - for 40 minutes! they couldn't find my details on their system and when they eventually did, they reset my password...... guess what - that didn't work either!

Still couldn't log in to validate my account and the advisor said for it to work I would need to reboot my computer...... why??? it is only a password reset

.

Anyway, rebooted comp..... still doesn't work!!
I've came back hme now as have missed the PL game and am gutted.

I think its a great thing that Virgin have dropped WebDollar.... however it has caused so much bother for me that I'm really considering not playing there again!
