I am havin a few probs as i do not have a scanner and cannot send my documents off to them to make a withdrawal

Does anyone on here play there, and if so have you made a withdrawal yet? If you have , could i transfer the money to you and you can send it to my neteller/paypal or ft/stars

Much appreciated if anyone can help

I don't, but, do you have a digital camera? I've sent a photo of driving licence to a poker room before and they accepted it

No idea. But you've just reminded me i still have £20 stuck on Betfair poker that i haven't been able to use since deposited it as they wanted proof of ID

, that was many months ago ...

They want copy of driving licence or passport, copy of card statement, and front and back (in full) of the debit card!!

Now my account has been suspended........going from bad to worse with these jokers!

I dont have a scanner, they never replied to my "can i take a photo instead" email and then i decided to transfer the money to a player i know who has withdrawal privilidges, they email him to say he cant withdraw that money, and he has now sent it back to me.

Upon receipit into my account, they have now suspended my playing privilidges and the money is now stuck........again im awaiting a reply from an email
