Default River Histories

I will post my hands here in which I lost an all-in situation in the river while I was a huge favourite and the ones I won in the exact opposite situation. Maybe if they are equal (probably not) I might stop going crazy everytime. I got this idea from the quote "you only remember bad beats" . Also it would be great if anyone sees a mistake in my plays. All of them will be full table SNGs so tactical issues might be discussed too like stealing, all-in, etc.

What criteria are you using to post hands that hold up where you are favourite? Are you saying that in this tournament you didn't play any hands where you went in as favourite, got called, went to showdown and it held up?

I didn't understand your first question actually but in this one I didn't win an all-in situation where I was a favourite. I actually had two all-in situations when I was a big favourite, and they are the ones I posted.

Can you open up your first question a little bit because it's not my main language and I really didn't understand. cheers..

You said that you were going to post the hands where you are favourite and win. You are also posting hands where you are favourite and lose.

So far you have posted two hands. In the first you are favourite, but split the pot. In the second hand you are favourite and lose. You didn't have any other hands where you were all in and favourite?

oh, I see your point. I think you got me wrong. I said that I would post the hands in which I'm not a favourite, but I'm winning by a bad beat. or I'm a favourite and I'm losing by a bad beat. I wanna see them balanced by posting them here to feel I'm not unlucky meanwhile getting advices about the moves I make in these SNG's if I played wrong.

If you are a better than average player, then it is normal to receive more bad beats than you give out. Why? Because you get the money in far often than normal when you are ahead, and you dont call when behind.....

I'm not sure the way you are doing it will prove anything Good players will receive more bad beats (and be more profitable) than bad players. Bad beats are good - it means you're doing something right!!!

Agreed. If you find that you get a bad beat in an all-in scenario twice as
often as you give one, that could just mean that there were twice as many
all-in scenarios where you were favourite, and the proportion of bad beats
was the same in both cases.

If you want to keep records to decide if you get more bad beats than is
normal, you should keep records of the times you don't get a bad beat as
well.

thanks a lot for your supportive comments, I'm probably just pissed of because there are so many. Now I will have a different approach to bad beats. You can remove this topic if you want, I will just post the hands that I think I played bad and lost, asking for help, in another topic of course. cheers.
