1. Recognise good luck when you experience it and remember to benefit from it
2. Be honest with yourself about your own weaknesses, and make changes if necessary
3. Dont trust too easy, even if its your nature, they are all out to win
4. Dont moan at somebody for a bad beat, think to yourself, would i have done that
5. If something is not working, take a break sometimes a complete rethink of your game plan is required so dont shy away from the fact

By the way thought of this after having a bad beat at the APAT event and having 20 beers to drown my sorrows

good point with number 5. Was losing frequently recently. I took a break from cash games and had a rethink. Started again recently and been doing quite well.
