Feeling very good about Estudiantes tonight!

For me I will be backing Estudiantes -1.5 @1.95. They return from Ecuador down 2-0. Elevation played a big part in that game and IMO Estudiantes are without question the better side. They are in good form as they are tied for top of the table in the Clausura and always very strong side at home. Juan Veron also returned this year to win the Copa Libertadores so they will go all out tonight needing to score at least 2 goals and I think they will get that without question. For me Estudiantes playing at home in front of what will be great support and there quality will see them through to the next round. SELECTION: Estudiantes -1.5 @1.95 Stakes 8/10 GL to all.

Anyone think that Fluminense can win at home against Nacional?

I don't think there's any question they can but with those odds and coming back with a 2-1 lead they can lose and still advance. The argument can be made that if Nacional have to come forward for there 2 goals they need that will leave them open at the back and maybe fluminense wins that way but If you look at it Estudiantes are getting almost the same price and they are at home needing 2 goals IMO thats a much better bet.

I really like Atlas at home. Even though they got the away win last week, their balance at home is impressive and Lanus being such an irregular team, should be an affordable game for Atlas.

Important note is that Atlas will be playing Thursday again for the local playoffs.

Any thoughts on it?

anyone else fancy the under in Sao Paulo? first leg was 0-0 and i would think both teams would be cautious in this one, i basically expect sao paulo to keep another clean sheet but looking for more thoughts. copa lib is not one of my normal tournaments i follow

I will take over in Sao Paulo match. Sao Paulo has solid defence, but I think that this time Nacional will be able to score one goal. In Apr. 24, 2008 - group stage in Copa Libertadores Sao Paulo won 1-0. I don`t think that this game will be end with same result, I expect some goals, two or three from Sao Paolo.
