Despite fact that i rate Argentinian team higher as Potosi, there are some edges for this bet.
Potosi pitch lying on 4000 meters, and this pitch was (is) considered fortress to many visitors. So quite few reasons for this dnb on home team. Motivation, altitude, strenght on home ground and fatigue.

And now explanation why I will bet on Fluminense:
Shortly because I dont have much time now:
-Arsenal is not such a good team,they are bed in Copa Libertadores this year
-For now they have played 4 matches,they won one (1-0 against the last Libertad) and they lost 3 matches (6-0 Fluminense,6-1 LDU Quito and 1-0 LDU Quito)
-Arsenal Sarandi is team which has recieve most goal of all teams at CL,after 4 matcher they have recieve 13 goals and score just 2
-They cant go to next round in CL so their coach G.Alfaro will rest some players today,just 3 player from 1^st squad will play tonight,the rest of the team will be young players
-There will not be support for Arsenal,because there will not be so much fans of this club
-And now something about Fluminense:Today they will play for three points because they want to secure the first place at group,because LDU Quito lost yesterday against Libertad
-They will play with almost full squad,just Dodo and Washington (both are attackers) are missing but their replacements are Neves and Cicero who are enough good to score against Arsenal (both scored at Rio when the result was 6-0)
