| Why are Liverpool 33/1?? Am i missing something? Maybe they play less games than everyone else in August? | Liverpool are supposed to be playing us sometime in August, but they are playing the CL qual. instead, meaning that fixture is TBA still, with no free date until sometime in November at the earliest. Hence the 33/1 Someone strange is usually top at that time, i think we were last season around late August. Maybe one of the teams who have not had any players at any tounries, or are currently at the Olympics represent value (if there is any) in this market. |

| Although I think Arsenal should be short odds you have to decide if they have a better than 1 in 6 chance of being top. There are 20 teams in the EPL and the first few games can produce odd results. Weren't Arsenal luck to get a draw at home in August to those away specialists Portsmouth last season? Won't the International tournaments in the Summer affect Arsenal's early form? plus Sky News said Arsenal could have 3 key players missing for the beginning of the season. I am not convinced 5/1 is long enough, I think the bookies have the odds about right. |

| Where can I find this coupon? Judging on recent evidence I would think Chelsea stand a very decent chance, already they are looking pretty good. I thought they'd struggle somewhat during the earlier stages, but they seem to be proving me wrong. Haven't really looked at the opposition they'll be playing beyond ManUtd though, and I would expect that 6/1 price to have gone down by now... or not? |

| If you fancy any of the "Top" Teams to head the Premisership at end of August, rather than backing the Team, it may be worth having a couple of quid on the Manager of the Month for August. Prices for Wenger, Mourinho and Ferguson are a lot better than for their respective Teams e.g Wenger 10/1, Mourinho 11/1 and Ferguson 12/1 all available at Sporting Bet. |
